Should I bring some Brie?
Or Cambozola?
Because these would be great with Cambozola.
I'd give that a try.. I love brie too though 🤤
Cambozola is kind of like "blue brie." Oddly, it's a German cheese because it's sort of a cross between Camembert (a French cheese) and Gorgonzola (an Italian cheese). Triple cream. Bacteria rind. Blue mold inside. Oh. So. Good.
Eat as much as you like, as if it had no calories... right?Sounds like I'm not alone in my craving for these crispy/addictive 'things'🙃
That cambozola would go really good on fig and olive crisps....2 -
Ooh those crackers. Good. Yum. But must be premium price?0

@mtaratoot -love the fig/olive ones. Those ones look super good.
@ReenieHJ - The ones I like are $6.00/box (the Rain Coast ones). Almost bought some the other day...but I refrained0 -

I used a little in the sauce for my Christmas pork tenderloin and spaetzle. But since we ate it, I guess it's not "if it didn't have cals, I would eat."
Personally, I figure cheese always fits, it's just a matter of serving size!0 -

Well, you know I'm now wondering what your gross out item is! Is it the...crackers?
Nope. I am munching on the crisps. I am not a fan on that slab of cheesy mess... never was, never will be. Even back in my "fun" days.
I get my at Whole Foods. There are many other brands like this as well. Would not be surprised if TraderJoes had their own brand in the US.
Oh I have seen all of those in wegmans and tjmax. I’ll have to try them sometime. Thanks!0 -

I think that's about right. About double what a box of Akmak crackers cost, but less than a similar cracker. They have some other flavors that come and go. Mango ginger is pretty good, but when I splurge, I usually go for fit and olive.
As long as you're IN Trader Joe's, get some good cheese to go on them. Their prices on nice cheese can't be beat. But then you end up at home with cheese and crackers. That's I have found a solution to this dilemma. It involves my teeth.....1 -

To whoever disagreed that I would eat a whole bunch of sushi if it didn't have calories:
Ha ha ha. Shows what you know.
Because I would! Totally.
And a martini wouldn't hurt either....2 -

That seems like food you've eaten, not food you'd eat if not for the cals.1
