Loose 40lbs by December

Hey guys, i set myself the goal of loosing 40
Pounds by December. My plan is to continue going to CrossFit and eating healthy. Who’s with me?

    That's about 15-16 weeks, which would have you averaging greater than the 2 pound per week maximum rate MFP allows. Why the rush?

    I've lost about 42 so far. I alternate lifting weights and running (ok slow jog) religiously at least 6 days a week. My diet lately hasn't been quite where I want it though. I'm not eating terribly it could be better. I need motivation to get my diet back on track.
