    His idea of a good first date (first meeting) was to meet up in a city about 2 hours away and spend the day together. Mind, this our very first conversation. He disappeared when I told him that meeting for coffee was more my speed for a 1st date.

    When I was much younger, I had a first date with a major (albeit short-lived) crush at the time who grabbed my hand in his car and told me he could break my pinky eleven different ways. When I asked if he was a Green Beret, he said, "No. But I know at least three of them."

    Never made it to date two.
