    I'm picky with cakes, especially if it tastes synthetic, so I'm going to say pie.

    Most savoury pies. Sweet pies: Custard, berry pies, chess pie, bean, buttermilk, cream pies, rhubarb, fried pies, stone fruit pies, some nut pies, citrus condensed milk based filling pies, all kinds of chocolate pies, cheese pies... British cheesecake.

    Of course ... Pizza.
