Anyone who started around 300 lbs have success pics they can share?

My highest weight was 302 lbs and am currently 287. I would love to see some success story pics of people who were close to my starting weight (I'm also 5'8") and then pics of what you look like now. It's always motivational to me to see someone who was once where I am now and to see what they look like after they have lost the weight! Kinda gives me an idea of what I will look like when I lose and reach my goal!

I was originally 321. I'm now 277. All with counting calories and exercise. I'm 5"10 and 40 years old. Hoping to lose another 100 pounds.11

I started at around 363lbs, highest recorded weight, am currently 258lbs. I'm 5'7. 36 years old17

I'm 6'1" and male, so not what you had in mind. But no one else is sharing pics, so.
Before - man boobs and chubby chipmunk cheeks at 285!
After - 215 or so. Life is better with a snowball in your hand.
Face definitely looks better this way.

I'm 5' tall and started my journey at 266 lbs. It took me a year and a half to lose the first 100 lbs. Still trying to lose the last 20. I am currently at 164. It's not easy, but you can do it. You just have to stay committed and say no...alot. Lol!

I am 5'8". I started at 300lbs exactly, after an annual doctor appointment. I am now at 150lbs after about 8 months of dieting on MFP. It was a long, tough journey. I just now started the maintaining process. Keep up the good work. It will all be worth it.
Sorry no photos.20 -
Ah sorry but I don't have any full length photo's either, I can't bear it yet. My stats are the same as yours (height, weight and age) and I've lost 43lb so far and gone down almost 2 dress sizes and lost 4" off my hips. I would definitely recommend tracking inches, I can't see much difference despite the loss but the tape measure reassures me that it's working.13

I've gone back and forth with my weight. At one point I weighed 256 and got down to 180. Then I gained it all back and more and find myself just over 300. 🙄 sounds like we are in similar places and I would love to be friends during our journeys!

Ill toss in my weight difference. I went from like 453~ to 215 in a little over a year or so. 10-14-16 to 1-1-18.
I did gain some back over the year due to my mental health issues though. God i miss my hair with the sweep..

Still working on it, but I'm 5'3", SW: 315 CW:242 I think that the after pic was around 250 lbs. I remember the first time I put on that dress I thought that the Ompa Loompas were going to roll me down to the juicing room

What an inspiring post! I'm just above 300 and have only lost about 10 pounds so far. I need to take some "before" pics.3

I wouldn’t have thought that at all. I think the dress looks stunning in your before pic.8 -

I got down to the 120’s (which felt too small) & hung around the 130’s for a while before building some muscle. I feel extremely comfortable at this weight, in the 140’s. Consistently is key. I learned to transition slowly. You can definitely do it!! You got this!!
Girl seriously that’s amazing how did you do it? I keep waking up everyday to workout at the gym but I manage to mess up my diet somehow and eat bad food after a couple days
Wow you look great! So inspiring!1 -

WOW! You look amazing in that wedding dress; must have felt so good!!! How are you losing your weight? I'm still trying to find the right balance between low carb and counting calories.2 -
Wow, this thread is seriously inspiring. I've been at my lowest adult weight about 3 years ago and pre-kids at 203. Reached 290 after 2 pregnancies in two years and am about 3 months into being very committed to getting back to a healthy weight. So far, have lost nearly 25lbs - counting calories only and will continue to be more diet than exercise both because of time constraints and injuries. The progress is motivating, but these photos help even more! Same height as OP as well. I'll come back with some comparison pictures when I get further along. Good luck to everyone!8

I was doing a keto diet. 30g or less carbs. I also was walking 4+ miles a day every day. Managed one month like 157 miles. I blew out 2 pairs of shoes doing it. And I also did uh.. Medical stuff that's legal in Michigan and it helped surpress my appetite.7 -
I started at 329 lbs, compared to around 173 in the after pic. I'm 5'7. I maintained for a few years but had some health issues and I'm a bit over 200 right now.

My heaviest was 260 lbs and at 5’4.5” that gave me a BMI of 44 (so I was close by BMI standards to your start).
