Starting weight 285. I'm 5'4" tall.
Current weight 161, but this was taken a few weeks ago, so a few pounds more than that I'd guess.

This wasn't even my heaviest (don't have a picture of that). I was 38

Still working on it, but I'm 5'3", SW: 315 CW:242 I think that the after pic was around 250 lbs. I remember the first time I put on that dress I thought that the Ompa Loompas were going to roll me down to the juicing room
@mram3582
In your before picture, the dress is lovely on you. In the second picture - you're kinda swimming in it. It's a beautiful dress, but you could use a new smaller one that flatters your new smaller self a bit more. Awesome progress!!!!6 -

I started at 367. Got down to 225. Back to 266 so still under 100 and back to counting calories more regularly and hitting the gym regularly. Wanna be back under 250 by years end.13

I was pretty rigid about eating 1200 calories a day and exercising Monday - Friday. I do 75 minutes of intense cardio every day. Mon, Wed, Fri I also do weights. Developing muscle made a HUGE difference. It helps to burn fat round the clock
I track calories and make sure I am getting enough protein each day. First the most part, I cut out sugar and starches. I am still bad about water...have a hard time giving up Diet Dr Pepper.8 -
Here is a photo taken the day I started:

I am 5' 9" age 60, and my starting weight was 304.7 as of May 5 2018. So far I have lost 49 lbs. I still am not sure of my ultimate goal. My face picture is about at my heaviest. I too avoided the camera at my heaviest. But I can now wear clothes that were impossible to wear or cutting me in half. I have tried many times to lose weight before and have lost some weight many times before. But this time I am being consistent weighing all my food, being accountable to myself. And staying the course. After one more pound I am going to take pictures, and retake the measurements as well to see progress.8

You are all amazing and beautiful people. Inspiring and highly motivating. I am working on the project to document what motivated obese individuals to overcome weight loss challenges and keep going. Can you share what was your key motivation, please? Mine was fear.
I don’t qualify for you group because my start point was “only” 261 pounds. I lost 91.

Losing 91 lbs is an amazing accomplishment; and not sure what you mean by dont qualify for your group. You are definitely welcome as part of this threat and group here. Congrats on the weight loss and feel free to share your before and after pics if you have them. This is all about motivation and support!!2 -
