call them out on that Diet Coke they had at lunch!

Who records Diet Coke? Anything with zero calories doesn't get logged...that's just silly!

If it goes in your mouth, log it.

    :blushing:

No need to be embarrassed by your diet. Just log it so your friends can see and give you the support to stay strong.

When did so many people lose discernment???

Why are so many people lacking sarcasmometers???

Is it something in the food?

    Or water?

Is it a conspiratorial plot of a clandestine organization?

    Or perhaps aliens?

    *sigh*

    Our time here is nigh.

If you listen carefully, you can probably hear the fourth horseman saddling up right now.

    Oh....

    AND GET OFF MY LAWN!

    FIFY

    Thanks...

    ..and good catch.

No way, man. Not an option.
You are only cheating yourself by not getting an accurate calorie count.
There may be some cheating involved one way or another.

I am sorry, but I only add continental US members. I don't really understand the metric system and what a kcal is. Just makes it easier for me, ya know?

Plus I dont want to tempt you and ruin your diet.

:grumble:  Damn, I had Kentucy Fried Chickend yesterday AND today (in moderation of course), I guess all of my friends should delete me now!
It's not the eating it's the food porn. It objectifies food. Sandwiches are people too.

And that is why you need to log it. So your friends can hold you accountable for your actions and encourage you not to stray from your diet again.

I guess it's weird that he deleted you... but no more weird that you went as far as to post this.

The post seems more weird than the deletion to me. If the pics were bothering him then the deletion was understandable. Everyone has different needs from MFP friends and if food porn is a hinderance then it seems obvious that this person is not a good fit for the friend list. Doesn't mean they are a bad person, just that they aren't filling your needs.

Getting your panties in a wad because this one person didn't like your pics seems a bit odd.

I thought it was a bit odd that he started the other thread. Why not just quietly delete than go find other friends? No need to start a posting that made sure everyone knew they were being deleted because they were being accused of being unsupportive. If he is following a different food plan, he ight not think he si bing unsupportive. Maybe he was tryig to share recipes?

You can PM me pictures of delicious looking food any time!
A friend recently deleted me from his FL due to me showing off pictures of delicious looking food that I made, such as grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches. Unfortunately this friend felt that he could not resist such tempting food after he already completed his diary for the day. I should have been more supportive and posted pictures of wheatgrass salads.

To everyone else, remember that you are directly responsible for your friend's weight loss. Look hard at their diary everyday to make sure they are not eating unhealthy foods and call them out on that Diet Coke they had at lunch! Make them accountable! We are all here for the same thing!

LOL, This is in direct response to his friend post a separate message blaming his friends for his lack of accountability. This response post is actually quite funny if you have the background.
