These groups would be good sources to look into:

My tip is to make sure you increase your sodium/salt intake, especially if you start to feel flusih. No sense suffering the "keto flu" (aka low electrolytes) when you don't need to.

Also, keep it simple. Eat the foods you like while limiting or avoiding high carb or problem foods. It makes it an easier way to eat when you don't feel deprived.

    Good luck!

My top tip for sticking to something, is to make sure it's something you have to do, and then make it as easy as possible to do it. That includes, in this case, only choosing keto if your natural inclinations/food preferences/hunger and satiety profile leans towrds high fat, and use your own taste preferences instead of cookie cutter recipes, which the web and book stores and libraries are filled with anyway.

Keep it simple at first. Make a meal plan for the week. Include breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Just simple meals. Whatever meat you like with some low carb veggies.
If you start craving junk, look up keto friendly versions of them and see if it's something you'd like to try out. Beware of keto breads though... they're NOT going to be the same and IMO just a waste of ingredients, but a lot of folks make them and like them.. I'm not one of them :pensive: Try something like fathead pizza. Look up how to make fathead dough. It's super simple and while not completely the same texture as normal pizza crust, it's pretty close and a very good substitute that will help with cravings and IMO will help make this way of eating easier.
I've been keto now for 14 weeks and keeping things simple for the most part and trying out keto alternative recipes has really helped me to stick with it.
