I'm Back! Now that I can do 50 sec. planks, I think I can reach last month's goal of 45 minutes if I do them twice a day. Of course, I only did 1 today. But maybe I will progress to 1 minute. Additionally, my husband says he'll do the planks with me which gives me more inspiration. I never thought that would happen! Let the challenge begin!

An added bonus is that while I'm down there on the floor I do another 5/10 minutes of various abs exercises, leg raises, knee exercises etc.
(I'm 68 with arthritis in my knees so once I'm on the floor, I'm going to make it worthwhile ....)3 -
