Just saw this group! Any motivation and accountability is good, so please add me! I won't be getting to 60 minutes in these last days of the month, but I'll aim for 15 minutes!!!
Oct 22nd - 5+ minutes of variations of planks on BOSU ball (didn't count the push-up time on the BOSU ball) plus a few BOSU ball crunches to warmup! Abs are on fire today, even though they are hiding under fluff!!!!!!!0 -
