    Had success with this challenge in the past but fell off. Jumping back in and wanting to hold myself accountable to my goals!

    This round I'll concentrate on: more home cooking, less eating out.

    11/04 150 time for me to start taking this more serious especially on the days that I do not have a gathering because with the holidays coming up there will be a ton of temptations. Also need to do it for my body, I just feel yucky lately and I know it's the foods.
