11/06- 210.8lb- feeling motivated today, iv got plenty of housework to be cracking on with and my meals are all planned out. 'Failing to plan is planning to fail', have a good day all X

11/04 - 78.2kg, still incredibly bloated from my wild Friday but at least the scales came down a bit from the huge jump. Ready to smash this round and have no more cheat days until Christmas!
11/05 - 77.3kg, finally dropping down to where I was before Friday!! I have set myself a goal for the week to meet my step goal every day (I slack off on my days off). I’m going from Sunday-Sunday, met my goal yesterday and very close for today with still many hours of the day left
11/06 - 77.4kg, met my step goal for yesterday! Ate well, drank plenty of water!

05/11 Had a relatively active weekend, not so many steps but plenty of strength training and rowing, calorie intake was under maintenance. Goals for today get out for a run this evening unless the weather is really bad, if it is really bad use the eliptical at home instead and stick to my calories [/b]

06/11 Got out for my run, calories were exactly spot on (never happens) so goals smashed yesterday. Goal today is to stick to calories again and get a lower body weights session in.

11/5: 166.6 I last did this group about 1 year ago for many rounds. I stopped counting/exercising and maintained weight okay for most of the summer then BAM I have gone off the rails! Back up in weight and struggling with motivation. Hoping jumping back into this daily check in will help! Starting off as round 1 since it's been so long.

11/6: 165.4 Fighting a cold. Ate Halloween candy yesterday. I always want chocolate when I am sick. Weird. Other than that ate healthy and went to be super early!

Hi all! I'm going to give this another try. Was here a while ago for a few rounds but gave up because I kept losing and gaining the same 5lbs. I should have stayed because now I've kept those 5lbs on and added a few more 🙁

11/04 - 258.8...not happy to be up to this again but it is what it is. Starting back on plan today, and no more excuses.
11/05 - 257.8...stayed under calories, 45 mins of exercise..gave a beginner's yoga YouTube video a try and learned that I'm super tight and not flexible at all! 100oz of water and no soda..I've decided to cut it out entirely.
11/06 - 255.8...stayed on plan, 30min walk and 100oz of water. Glad to know that some of my gain was water weight!

I spend five hours yesterday at the dog show (BIG 5-day show here each Nov.) and walked miles. I used to show my dogs, and it was great to see lots of people I haven't seen since we moved away 9 years ago, and to smooch with lots of dogs. I got a thorough going over from Lily when I got home!

Bouncy bouncy - maybe partly due to weighing in 2 hours earlier than usual. I'm using the shift back to standard time to get myself out of bed earlier - we'll see if it sticks. I planted 100 bulbs yesterday, just in time for the rain.

11/04: 153.8/Birthday today. Celebrating losing 25 lbs. This milestone birthday was a kick in pants that I needed to do something, because it is only going to get harder to lose the older I get. I still have more to go, but very happy with my progress it is the best gift I could get.

11/04 149.8 last night I binged and got in very little exercise, mostly Pokemon go hunting. I am not worried about the gain because I asked for it. I suspect tomorrow's number will be higher because today wasn't looking good either...but that's it!!! No backwards motion just forwards. This week will be better for sure!! I am going hard and putting this wash of a week behind me.

11/05 150.4 This is what happens when you go on a major binge but I expected it and I am not worried. I know what I did wrong and I know what to do to get back on track and fix it. To be honest I thought it would be more, my eating habits have been disgusting this weekend and I am definitley feeling gross. I have a busy week ahead of me and this week is another crazy exercise week so I am hoping it comes off as easy as it was to put on...even if that is not realistic, I am still holding my head high. No more jumping off the horse until Christmas...my "fun" is done.

11/06 149.2 and down we go. Ate within calories but didn't get enough exercise in or water. My head was just not into it yesterday..but today will be different!!

11/04 - 190.6 - Water weight has been killing me the last week or so. Too much sodium. Will make a better effort to be more strict and accountable these next 10 days.

11/05 - 188.6 - Made really good food choices yesterday. Played and walked 18 holes of golf and bowled my Sunday night bowling league. Ended up over 16,000 steps on the day. Will try to make more good choices today and see if the water weight will continue to come off.

11/06 - 188.2 - Continuing the trend the right way. Over 10,000 steps. Had to abbreviate my lift yesterday because I got OKC Thunder tickets for last night's game. A little over on calories compared to my goal, but still comfortably in deficit. Will try to finish my lift today and get my cardio in as well.

11/04 190.7 I walked a little over 2.5 miles yesterday. The weather was perfect for a walk but I was with girlfriend that wore the wrong shoes and couldn't really go any further. Love her and I am glad she's walking with me (she really needs to exercise and this is all she does is walk with me) but it did make me mad.
11/05 190.7 I got a late - slow walk in too late in the day. Forgetting about the time change, once again finished my walk in the dark. I have GOT to be more mindful of my surroundings. A couple of deer ran across the trail not 10 feet in front of me; scared the crap out of me. My nieces birthday celebration. She asked for chicken tortilla soup. Easily on the calories (I don't add the tortilla until the end so everyone can control their own) just a bunch of veggies, chicken breast, and seasonings. I might have had a loss if I had stayed to just one 2X2 gooey delicious brownie she wanted instead of cake.
11/06 190.4 Slight drop. Didn't exercise yesterday and normally I would go to the gym tonight, but I am traveling out of town for work and my BF is coming with me!!! I know he'll want to go to dinner etc. As long as I can stay in within my calorie goal I'll be fine. I will have no access to a scale until Friday morning.

11/4 - 146.5 - We had family over for dinner last night and I definitely ate over maintenance. It will probably show up tomorrow.
11/5 - 148 - Here's the mulled wine, spinach lasagna, meatball, caprese salad, garlic bread...and a small slice of carrot cake from Saturday. Although I don't regret the food and wine from Saturday, I'm so glad I'm aware enough now to not eat like that every weekend.
11/6 - 147 - Glad to see some of the gain was from sodium. I took the day off work today for a medical test later this morning. I dropped off our new dog for training/doggie day care today and then I stopped and voted. I can tell the anxiety for the upcoming test is making me want to snack while I wait to go in. I'll be good though, snacking is not going to change anything but my weight.
