That should have been stated at the time of interview/hire. I don't get massages and I don't do birthdays.

At quarterly employee meetings i want to be the guy who reviews the budget but makes it really fun, like I’ll put on sunglasses and play “money money money money.. MAHN ay” and then I’ll tell you how we haven’t quite achieved our quarterly goals yet but you can do it
