    Our walking officially gets into full swing tomorrow. Have a safe and fun day today, and tomorrow we’ll get our first mile in together!

    @jm216 I'm doing Leslie's 6 week challenge. I also have the app. The YouTube is actually a day ahead of the app with the workouts, but that's ok. "We can't do this wrong!" 😁😁

    I’d like to join,please. I didn’t have accurate tracking til I got an Apple Watch. I averaged 7.6 miles a day in November and 5.5 miles a day in December, but I was sick the last week and barely crawled off the couch. So far this “year” I’m averaging 4.9 but the morning is still young and I know I need to walk to town at least three times today. 😃 Started at 216, have lost 40, goal is 35 more for 2019. My goal is 10,000 minimum per day and I’d like to get 20k at least three times a week. I am very motivated. Fixing to walk up to yoga class right now. See ya!

    Got 18 minutes of walking in today!

    Feeling great!

    Weighed in at 227.5 pounds... this year’s goal.... walk and log... and lose 28 pounds.

    I'm in! Going to buy a new fitbit today since my old one broke! Fell off the rain over the holidays but i didn't gain thank god. Kicking it up a notch for the new year! Here we go!

    Way to get it done!

    Yesterday I got in 30 minutes of exercise... 9,000 steps, and went over my calories by 120. Not too bad at all! Progress not perfection.

    Got in 6,182 steps for 2 miles. I did have a meeting which cut back the steps a little bit. Today I can go further.

    Yesterday I got in 6600 steps. Already today I am on track to achieve my goal of 10000.
