I'm back and ready to go again! During the fall challenge I lost a total of 10.7 pounds, but that included many holidays and birthdays. So this time hopefully I can do a little better! I would love to lose at least 15 pounds. My ultimate goal is 135, so we will see!

I was down a little more but I was having a hungry day yesterday. Still down though!1 -
I'm back and ready to go again! During the fall challenge I lost a total of 10.7 pounds, but that included many holidays and birthdays. So this time hopefully I can do a little better! I would love to lose at least 15 pounds. My ultimate goal is 135, so we will see!

Didn't get a chance to post yesterday. I'm really hoping that this is water retention from starting a lifting routine and adding an extra three classes plus not sleeping well. Now that I type that it, it seems really obvious that my body is overloaded. It didn't feel like that much during the week but based on the weigh in and how late I slept yesterday and today, that was a lot of additions!

Weight lost this week: Actually it was just one day, but the scale moved almost a half pound in the right direction (and two tenths considering my 10-day average). That's great. Even better, today's weight was down to 145.6 (ten day average 146.4).
While that's all true, my scale weight is still 0.6 pounds up from seven days ago. Perhaps the better news is that my ten-day average weight is down 1.5 pounds from seven days ago and it's down 4.3 pounds from a month ago. I am now almost comfortable saying I'm back in maintenance. My average weight has been below the top of my six pound range for a week. Not much, but I am going to focus on keeping it there. If my maintenance range is set a little too low, which I think it might be, and if I was to stick with the original goal I laid out a year ago, I've been in maintenance over a month.

Weight lost this week: Just going by the scale, I lost 1.8 pounds this week! But I don't buy it because my ten day average weight is up almost a half pound. I had a big bounce this week up to 150 on Saturday (5.4 pounds in two days) which is up out of my maintenance range. It's slowly come back down since then.

Weight lost this week: Just going by the scale, I gained the 1.8 pounds back that I lost last week. My ten day average weight is literally unchanged. Looks like maintenance to me, and I'm within my maintenance range, but I'm still a few pounds above my ultimate goal. I should also note I had another bounce mid-week up to 149. (over three pounds in two days), but at least it was a smaller bounce than last week and didn't get as high. It was just BARELY out of my maintenance range.
February Goal: Lose 1.8 pounds from ten-day average to weigh below 145
February Actual: So far... it's mixed. Scale weight is unchanged from the beginning of the month, but ten day average is up four tenths of a pound.
Challenge Weight loss goal: Eight pounds between December 21 and March 21
