    I want to be a late participant. :smile: I'm going to weigh in tomorrow for my starting weight although it will be only 2 days before the next weigh-in. I've been avoiding the scale because I haven't been doing very well lately.

    Edit: Actually, I'll just make my weigh-ins on Wednesdays instead of the Fridays since it doesn't really matter.

    12/24 - 175.4 - Hungrier yesterday and carbs were higher.
    12/25 - 174.8
    12/26 - 175.2 - Lots of delicious carbs!
    12/27 - 175.2
    12/28 - 174
    12/29 - 174.2 - Tiny bit of fluid retention. Another one meal day yesterday. Always unintentional, but it comes to that when I'm out all day. Went over calories trying to get my protein up. Both were low on Thursday.

    Loss Goal before March 20: 5 pounds (I know it's small but mfp won't even let me try for 1 pound a week since mathematically I would be trying for <1,200 calories a day)

    I'm back and ready to go again! During the fall challenge I lost a total of 10.7 pounds, but that included many holidays and birthdays. So this time hopefully I can do a little better! I would love to lose at least 15 pounds. My ultimate goal is 135, so we will see!

    Starting weight for challenge: 152.8 lbs
    Weigh in days will be Saturday


    December 22: 152.3 Right before Christmas!
    December 29: 151.8 I’ll take that. Almost back to where I started before my Christmas parties. Here I come January!
    January 5: 151.7 down an ounce. Next week I’m back on track full speed. I’m ready for January.
    January 12: 150.2 so close to the next decade. Maybe next week!

    Great Day Everyone, Its great to have Positive

    I'm hoping to become lighter and stronger, Been wheel chair bond for 2.5 years, but just got the OK I can now be weight barren whoot hoot. Its hard going, I know how my grand baby feels I think shes faster then me at 1. hahaha. Started my journey Dec 28 time to loose the wide load and get my muscles stronger.
