Winter Weight Loss Weekly Challenge

I've been enjoying having these weekly weigh ins that are based on the seasons. They help keep me on track without being so long that I lose sight of more short term goals. So here is the winter one if anyone wants to join. I've set up the days that I'm going to be weighing in on as well as my goal. You don't have to have the same weigh in date or the same goal. Your goal doesn't even have to have a specific number attached to it. It could be something like "maintain through the winter" or "get down one pant size". You'll find my weigh in schedule below. Feel free to copy and paste and change it to suit yourself. Also, since the last week isn't a full week, I'm planning on weighing in two days early but you don't have to.

Dec 21 - 175.8 - 4 lbs lost during the fall challenge. Well, I lost 5.8lbs, but fluid retention came back to haunt me on the last challenge day. I spent 4 months in the 170's decade and I don't want it to be 5. Still hoping to reach the 160's by the end of December or first week of January.

I'm in!! Hubby and I are trying for a baby and I'd like to be 204lbs for a healthy pregnancy. I've lost 30lbs in 3 months before, so I think I can do it again.. it's all about motivation and perseverance (and of course, good friends like you all!)

I'm in. I'll post my goals later tonight.
I've gained over 20lbs from my lowest point 18 months ago (still down 97lbs total). Some of that gain is muscle because I lift weights regularly, but I'm still frustrated that I have allowed myself to get off track with calories. I'm looking to use this challenge as a fresh start on a new diet. Good luck to everyone.

December 28: 211.2 a little larger than I was shooting for but my rolling average is still in the healthy range. Made it to over 60 pounds total! Now to get under 210.

I'm back and ready to go again! During the fall challenge I lost a total of 10.7 pounds, but that included many holidays and birthdays. So this time hopefully I can do a little better! I would love to lose at least 15 pounds. My ultimate goal is 135, so we will see!

12/29 - 174.2 - Tiny bit of fluid retention. Another one meal day yesterday. Always unintentional, but it comes to that when I'm out all day. Went over calories trying to get my protein up. Both were low on Thursday.
