I've been enjoying having these weekly weigh ins that are based on the seasons. They help keep me on track without being so long that I lose sight of more short term goals. So here is the winter one if anyone wants to join. I've set up the days that I'm going to be weighing in on as well as my goal. You don't have to have the same weigh in date or the same goal. Your goal doesn't even have to have a specific number attached to it. It could be something like "maintain through the winter" or "get down one pant size". You'll find my weigh in schedule below. Feel free to copy and paste and change it to suit yourself. Also, since the last week isn't a full week, I'm planning on weighing in two days early but you don't have to.
