@anon5002 How much effort are you willing to put into this? Is this your online order are you making it yourself? Thin crust has lower calories than thick crust.

    Saltines and ketchup! Boom!

I grew up poor and my brother and I would go to a local fast food place on our way home from school that had ketchup and saltines out by the napkins, and we would eat saltines with ketchup for a snack.

The thought of doing that now turns my stomach.

I think she means to not eat the crust as in the outer edge where there's no cheese or toppings. Yes the whole bread is "crust" but around here when someone refers to "the crust" they are referring to the outer edge.

But what will you dip into your ranch?!?!

Unless the OP returns to elaborate, all this thread is accomplishing now is to make me want pizza :yum:

Pepperoni, bacon, and spicy sausage.

You can have some, but you have to come get it.

I don't understand how trolls are allowed to troll but I have to "say something nice" or I get deleted.

Mods don't read every post. You can use Flag > Report to report posts that violate Community Guidelines.

I'm not seeing trolling though, just people having fun with an unclear OP from a poster who abandoned their thread.

That was even before the majority of the silliness started. Threads tend to drift when the OP doesn't come back to explain and we have to fill in the gaps for ourselves...

I still can't fathom why they want to eat a traditional pizza if they hate cheese & crust?

This is what puzzles me -- if you don't like cheese or crust, why bother (yes, I know there are pizzas without cheese, I mentioned that upthread). There are millions of other foods with tomato sauce and whatever else one likes on one's pizza.

How many calories would I save removing the cheese on each slice of pizza, I really dislike cheese. Furthermore, how many calories would I save not eating the crust?

Just because of you I used my pizza day to vary my routine. Instead of pizza with veg, meat, and melty cheese toppings, I made breadsticks with only sauce, parmesan and garlic powder. It was very delicious. The calories of the breadsticks worked out to 233 calories. The pizza I'd have made with the same dough would have been about 620 calories.
