After my post on the morning of the 18th, no Internet at home until the morning of the 23rd. I had a couple of high calorie days, a couple of high carb days. Mostly vegetables and nuts. Tomato soup one day, hot chocolate yesterday. A few days, junk carbs, cookie, chips, chocolate. The winter weather has been colder than it has been for a long time. Makes me want to eat!

Weight lost this week: -1.5. I haven’t been doing anything different this month than last month aside from giving up coffee for lent. But I drank black coffee so it’s not like I’m saving calories from cream and sugar. Not sure why the scale is moving more than my .5lb/week deficit but I’ll take it after February’s nonsense!
