Exactly. What's the point of an acronym if you're just going to say the letters? The acronym adds style, flair, and an easy way to say something more complex.
With See Eye See Oh, you may as well just say calories in calories out. @pinuplove :flowerforyou:
@nutmegoreo Nuh-uh! :noway: See Eye See Oh saves you a whole 4 syllables!
Consider that hug to be a pat on the head.2 -

You've gone and mixed me up with your dog again. Way to make things awkward, @Tacklewasher1 -

That's not the standard pat down position?1 -
It's needs a catchy click-bait headline. Something like.
"These people started following a diet that lets you eat any types of foods you like and you won't believe what happened next??!?!?!"9 -

I'm almost too afraid to post after this brilliant zinger, except I want this thread right up the top.
I've never known how to pronounce CICO. We really, really, needed this thread!!0 -
In my heavily northern English accented Canadian it is thought chee-co. I don’t think I’ve ever said it out loud.

That's the headline in a ladies weekly magazine in Denmark every week. The last month I've noticed the "rye bread diet", "the gruel diet", "the keto diet", and "IF" of some form. People apparently always lose between 6 - 22 pounds in 4-14 days.

Tea diet? What tea diet0 -
Many years ago I discovered a little booklet called "The Martini Diet" which guaranteed a 100 % success rate. Obviously it was a "best seller"...for a very short time. Not only was it one of the best diets I ever tried, but it came with the most unbelievable, relaxed life style as well. Wake up at about 11 a.m. and mix yourself a double Martini but garnish with ONE green olive only. Glide in the afternoon and have some more to get you into the mood. After 5 p.m. you increase to triples with 2 green and one black olive. You will be guaranteed a liver cirrhosis within 6 months and a drastic weight loss as well. Upon your death it will be noted that you had a slim body - mainly consisting of the oh so fashionable skin and bones.4
