Hey all!
It was bittersweet downloading the app again. I was disappointed and fed up with the weight I have put back on. I also realized that this community is amazing!
I was 324lbs when I first started my journey back in 2015. Feeling bad about how I looked, being shy. I started to workout in my home.. in the bathroom. It worked believe it or not. I lost my first 40lbs in there...good memories lol.
I dropped down to my lowest I have been in years; 190lbs!!!🙌🏾
I've gained it back. I'm more educated on what worked for me and how to include the knowledge to get better results. Weight training, Intermittent fasting, Keto Lifestyle...etc
Lovely to meet you all. I hope to have some friends and supporters on this journey with me.

Hello, Willow.
You may want to check out MFPs' Low Carb and Keto groups (the Low Carb group also includes people on Keto), Both groups have many people who practice intermittent fasting. I'm not sure if these groups existed when you were here last.
Here's the link to the low carb group. It's a closed group but you simply have to ask to join. If you decide you are not interested, you can remove yourself from the group.
