Is anyone doing keto using this app? If so do you log anything differently? And how accurate is your weight loss predictions?

The groups linked above ate very good. A great place to start.
When I logged I changed my macros from the norm. 5-10% carbs, and 25-30% protein are often good spots to start.
My predicted weight loss was less than I experienced. I aimed for 1-1.5 lbs lost per week, at 1500 kcal and basically inactive, but I lost 2-3 lbs each week until I hit a normal BMI.0
