@tigale I sew as well. Mostly clothes but I'm getting into other stuff while I'm losing weight (using fabric as a reward!) . There are so many free patterns out there now it makes it so much easier than when I learnt years ago. Please do a message of you want to chat sewing... Nothing I like more!6

SW (late 2015)-333lbs
Round SW – 235.5
RGW- 233.5
UGW - 215
Day/Weight/Comment
01/13:235.5. I ate 2100 calories. Today was a rest day from lifting weights, but I still walked for 60 minutes. Still struggling to get my daily calories into a lower range. When I first started dieting a few years ago, it was very easy for me to only eat 1500 calories per day. I’m not sure what happened to that mindset.
01/14: 235.5. I did much better with dieting today. 1600 calories. 40 minute workout and 60 minutes walking.
01/15: 235.0. 1950 calories. 35 minutes lifting weights and 70 minutes walking.
01/16: Didn't weigh today. 1900 calories. 60 minute walk.
01/17: 235.0. It was a really long day, so I ate more than usual because I was awake for so long. Probably around maintenance for calories and I walked 90 minutes.
01/18: 235.0. 2200 calories. 35 minutes of lifting weights. 60 minute walk.
01/19: 235.5. 45 minute workout.
01/20: 235.5. 2200 calories. 60 minute walk.
01/21: 235.0. 2150 calories. 35 minute workout and 45 minute walk.

and maintained good water levels. But back in the game today.)
01/14 - 131.6 (Good day of eating)
01/15 - 131.6 (Worked out hard, kept my carbs under 20g and calories under 1400. Drank 3l or water.)
01/16 - 130.6 (Worked out hard, kept my carbs under 20g. In the middle of monthly bloat)
01/17 - 130.8 (Not a number I like, but staying consistent)
01/18 - 130.4 (lowest weight of the year - 19 days As long as at can hit that milestone each month, am going to try to not let actual scale numbers drive me crazy)
01/19 - 129.4 (My weekly cheat meal today. Hopefully it doesn't turn into cheat *day*, which it has been known to do. This is actually my goal weight for the round. I want to be under 130, so I am back to the weight I was exactly a year ago)
01/20 - 129.8 (Had my cheat meal yesterday. First time the result from that has been under at least two extra kilos. I did 2 x 15 min cardio workouts and 30min of weights.)
01/21 - 130.2 (hm 🤔. Maybe too much sodium in my bone broth?)
01/22 - 130.1 (unexpected end to round. worked out harder this week than any other and ate very clean. But I know these weird scale trends are par for the course.) . On to Round 66!13 -

01/13 180 What an up-down-turn-it-around last round. It was an emotional roller coaster for me and it showed in my eating and weight. I’m so happy that we’re taking things 10 days at a time. The chance to review mistakes and make necessary changes is refreshing and motivating. Thanks Grandma Jackie for your dedication to keeping this going.
01/14 181.2
01/15 Did not weigh
01/16 179.0
01/17 180.2
01/18 179.8
01/19 180.8
01/20 180.0
01/21 182.0 This round has been an epic fail for me . Sometimes I wonder whether I should even be trying since this is one of the most difficult periods I’ve ever had to live through in my life. I feel bad saying that because I don’t have a serious illness. However, sometimes financial, marital and other stress can become unbearable. I find myself eating, even though I’m really not hungry, I just need the comfort. I always thought I was stronger than this. Still, I think if I don’t at least maintain some sense of awareness, my results may be even worse. So, I’ll continue to track and report, even in the dark days.

Round 64 loss = 5lbs
1/13 = 152.8
1/14 = 153.9 Unsurprising. Yesterday was an unnatural one day drop. Also, last night had a couple of glasses of wine and pizza when friends came over. But totally fine. I ordered thin crust, veggie pizza. I was over my calorie goal, but acutally still under 1800 for the day, so not a terribly damaging "indulgence" day.
1/15 = 153.1 A good day. It's been super rainy this week and the lack of sun is messing with my moods. Feeling low energy, but still trying.
1/16 = 153.1 I am both happy and disappointed. Obviously, I'd like to see the scale move down. But, yesterday was a tough day. My kids' teachers are on strike and it's been raining all week. We were cooped up in the house all day. I was struggling to stay moving because there really isn't any housework left to do thanks to my recent "KonMaring" of our house. But, my friend came over late in the evening to lift with me. I hope everyone's January is going well.
1/17 = 152.8
1/18 = 152.6
1/19 = 153
1/20 = 152.6
1/21 = 152 Been sick the last several days. Lack of a good sense of smell and taste makes is very difficult to eat well.

01/18 - 185.6 lbs - Alright, TMI, didn't poop previous day lol
01/19 - 185.6 lbs - Didn't really expect it to drop. Did my first 5 minute workout in ages, and did lots of dancing around the living room with my toddler daughter.
01/20 - I can't remember. I was hungover. Stuck to calorie target all day though and didn't give in to urge to eat junk food to recover!
01/21 - 186.4 lbs - Expected this as I had been drinking on Saturday night. Am expecting a drop tomorrow.
01/22 - 184.8 - Wahoo! This is the whoosh I was expecting/Hoping for. I was on plan all day yesterday and drank lots of water. Have just started with a cold though, so am not exercising currently.
Result of round 65: -3.8 lbs
Yay, I have ended with a good loss for my first 10 days. Don't expect it to be as high next challenge, but this is a good starting point.

01/13 - 166 - happy I didn't gain after eating a burger and drinking a beer last night. I stayed under calorie goal for the day and hiked with my dog.
01/14 - 169.2 - not sure why this is such a big jump... :-(
Yesterday I did a 8 mile trail run and burned 1000+ calories (so says my app). I ate way under calorie goal. Guessing this is a short term gain, I hope.

I’m in! For the first time.
Height 5’7.5
SW 245.2
Day/Weight/Comment
01/13 245.8 - not sure what happened here as I ate within my calories. I’m sure it must be water weight or something but onwards and upwards (or downwards!) Going to start my couch to 5k today so will see what happens.
01/14 245 - went for my first run well jog /walk and I was exhausted. I feel so much better now I’m exercising. Food wise I was on track and really trying to whole foods only with no added things.
01/15 243.6 - nutrition was on point yesterday. I’ve really noticed how sweet natural food is tasting. I did roast veg yesterday and the onions were like candy! Who would have thought it. Love them. Of for my second run/jog later and actually looking forward to it!
01/16 242.8 - that's 13.6 lbs in 2 weeks! I am super happy and can't wait to see what happens next. I also did my second day of couch to 5 k and managed to run/walk my way around 3k. Eating was on track and my jeans are even starting to feel loose.
01/17 241.2 - wow how did that happen! Smashed through the first stone. Have loads more energy and also got super motivated by all the before and after pictures. Everyone is so motivating and positive on here.
01/18 241.2 to be honest I’m happy it just hasn’t moved usually after a big loss I go up. Not this time! I did my 3rd day of couch to 5k and beat my time the day before (they are exactly the same). I never realised i could like exercise and thought running was a big no but I LOVE the sense of freedom. Food was a bit all over the place yesterday but still stayed within my calories so happy overall. Good luck weighing in everyone!
01/19 240.2 ate really well, got slightly less steps in than usual but still well over 10,000. Really want to get into the 230’s for this round. Saturday is usually harder to get my steps in so doing w2d1 of couch to 5k today and then going to try and encourage my husband to go out and be more active.
01/20 240.2 food was good and got over 10K steps in but less than usual. Does anyone else find the days after they exercise they weigh more/the same and the days after nothing they loose??? Also changed my name from “fighting the fat” as I felt it was too negative. I’m not fighting anyone just trying to be more body positive and healthier. My offer half calls me Waffle hence the name.
01/21 239.4 Yay!!! Into the 230’s and never want to see the 240’s again!! I swear on rest days I loose more. Food was good, had my little niece over who is adorable. Didn’t quite hit 10000 steps though but will make up for it today. I’m so excited. That’s 17lbs in 19 days. 👉💪🏃🏼♀️😇😎 This challenge is just what I need. It gives me a lot of accountability and I love reading what everyone has been doing.
01/22 238.6 That’s 7.2lbs lost this round. I did my couch to 5k D2 W2 yesterday and felt stronger. I had loads of reasons not to go but I strapped on my shoes and so glad I did. Can’t wait to start the next round!
PS love this challenge. It’s really helping me focus!

Round 64 -|- End Goal: < 167
11/01: 166.7: Goals ✅ Went to a health seminar at our local state of the art leisure centre this afternoon. They had a draw for ten x 10hr Boditrax courses at a 90% reduction (£30 instead of £300), and I won one of them. We get 10 weeks temporary membership at the centre, a Boditrax health/fitness analysis at the beginning, 10 x 1hr sessions with a personal coach, and another analysis at the end to see how we have done. It's just what I need to make the final, push to my Ideal goal weight.
12/01: 166.5: Goals One more lb of Xmas excess to discard. Out most of today with my DYD. It will keep me away from temptation.
Round 65 ~|~ End Goal: < 166
13/12: 166.4: Goals ✅ Stayed on track. NSV: Visited with DED and she had had baclava. I had two pieces, but declined any of the other goodies. Was under basic calories for the day! I normally eat back a lot of my exercise calories when we visit with them, as she and DYGS bake for our visit each week.
14/12: 166.4: Goals 😃 Delighted to have maintained over the weekend. ✅ Got my workout in early, and walked over 11,000 steps. Also had a decent deficit, food wise.
15/12: 166.2: Goals ✅ No time to do HIIT today. Had a few chocolates when at my crochet group, but still under goal.
16/12: 166.1: Goals ✅ Grocery shopping today, so lots of fresh fruit/veg for the days ahead.
17/12: 165.9: Goals Meh!!! I did really well right up until it was almost bedtime, then started snacking my way through my deficit. Stopped short of going over, which I wouldn't have done in the past, but Pringles and crackers were not my finest choices. I'm, frankly, amazed that I haven't retained more water with all that sodium. Still, just one bad day since New Year is an NSV, and a definite improvement on my track record. At least I have 5 days left to reach my round EW.
18/12: 166.0: Goals ✅ Had a busy day with Latin Study and Photography groups. Did 40 mins strength after dinner, and then caught up with my steps with indoor walking a la Leslie Sansone. 🤞🏻Just the weekend to get through. 🤞🏻
19/12: 165.7: Goals ✅ Worked about the house. Did 25 strength and some interval training. Had a 40g of popcorn while watching Harry Potter. Had a glass of wine with dinner.
20/12: 165.8: Goals ✅ Have already done 15 strength. Followed that with 40 HIIT, and a couple of short walks later on. Stayed well under calories.
21/12: 165.6: Goals ✅ 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 So pleased to have maintained over the weekend! A whoosh tomorrow would be the icing on the cake! Managed to stay under goal, and avoid mindless LNS! That's 2 NSVs in my book!
22/12: 165.6: Goals Aw, well! Sure I shouldn't be having icing, anyway. 😂😂😂 I was sitting in meetings all day and into the evening, so I'm very pleased with my end weight. My mean weight I back down to what it was at the beginning of December. My smart scale app informs me that I will reach my goal weight 2 weeks before my birthday in April. Now, that would be a great Birthday present!
THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES OR SHORTCUTS to achieving permanent change.
REMINDERS One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

RESULT OF ROUND 65: minus 0.2 kg (- 0.4 lbs.)
@krea4 – at least 200g less that at the beginning of the round. I will be better next round, I give you my word. Tomorrow is my husband’s birthday, so I will allow myself some extras in the evening, but will try to balance this by eating less during the day

SW- 220.6
Day/Weight/Comment
01/13- 220.6- Been doing well with moderating my alcohol intake for the last week and monitoring food. Also I have been making an effort to stay fairly active. Today I am aiming to not snack and to get a long walk in later with the dog. Good luck everybody X
01/14- 220.0- A good day yesterday, been out walking for 2 hours this morning though because I was pushing a buggy the Fitbit didn't log all the steps. It's a low calorie day today, feeling very in control at the moment X
01/15- 221.0- yesterday was very successful, 15,000steps and stuck to my calorie goals, hopefully the scales will show the drop tomorrow. Today I am aiming to stay under 1500cals, not many steps but il make up for it tomorrow x
01/16- 219.4- Yesterday I ended on about 1900cals which is 400cal more than what I was aiming for, I stayed up too late and then snacked when I really should have gone to bed. Today is a low calorie day, plenty of walking, just done a food shop so I'm set up for success for the next week X
01/17- 219.0- Going in the right direction, I smashed through yesterday's goals and when I got tired I actually went to bed instead of grabbing the nearest sugary snack. Today I would like to stay under 1500cals and get some housework done. It's chilly outside but I will be focusing again on steps tomorrow X
01/18- 218.2- I stayed under my calorie goal yesterday, I feel like I made good use of those calories aswel. Today is a fast day, I will be getting my steps in nice and early X
01/19- 217.6- Well yesterday's fast turned into 1800cals (and not on the right kind of food)...but I am retrying today, I know they say to write off failed fasts and just carry on with your next planned one but I feel like fasting fits in well with my plans today so I'm happy to do it today instead. Another little drop on the scales this morning, all adding up X
01/20- 217.0lb- yesterday's calories were just slightly over goal which I was happy with but on the step front I did terribly! Today we have a very rare child free day, using it to sort out the kitchen cupboards and touch up the walls downstairs, fun fun fun, have a good day all X
01/21- 216.2lb- did well yesterday, low calorie day today, already got in my 10,000steps :-) X
01/22- 218.0lb- well what a joke, of all the days for my scales to jump up for no reason it has to be the final day of the challenge, I did the whole bouncing and moving them around aswel and nope, this was it *sigh*. Owel I suppose I have still come away with a loss and I'll see that extra 1.8lb nxt round. I am pretty pleased with myself, I made a commitment and I stuck to it, now for the next one 😊 X

Start Weight on 1st Jan '19
Starting - 158.50lb
End R64 - 154.90lb - Down 3.60lb
Into it properly this round! Went swimming today and they were running a free NHS health check. Blood pressure, LDL, HDL and total cholesterol and my blood sugars were all well within the "excellent" range and they gave me a heart age of 40 and a less than 1% risk of a heart attack in the next 10 years so I was very happy with the results. Only thing I hit amber on was my BMI which I knew and it annoyed me being the only marker not in green! So feeling fired up to get it back into the green. Also booked our summer holiday this week so a bit more motivation there!
R65 goal - will be happy with 1.50lb a round - so 153.40lb is my target...
01/12 - 154.90
01/13 - 153.60 - down 1.3lb - just from having a proper controlled day and a bit of exercise (swimming yesterday - about 40 minutes) - Sunday today so a bigger dinner (albeit within calories) but all good so far
01/14 - 152.10lb down 1.50lb. Can't remember the last time I had a loss over a weekend so happy about that! Onwards and downwards..... Exceeded my round goal already so now aiming to just keep losing - difficult to set targets when only just back into it properly as losses are normally accelerated so as long as the weight keeps coming off then its all good. Good day planned today, dinner already in the slow cooker - Love the feeling of being back in control
01/15 - 151.30 down 0.8lb so -3.6lb this round so far. I know this can't carry on at this rate but certainly a great boost to start me off. My day is planned food wise so I'm happy Still have my end of round goal as to lose a bit more and keep heading down!
01/16 - 151.20 down 0.1lb - a tiny drop today. Not unexpected that it will start to slow. But I know I was on plan yesterday but did have more carbs in my dinner last night than I would do normally (and feeling bloated today as a result!) so possibly just due to that. All good though
01/17 - 151.80 up 0.6lb ????? no idea, not as a result of my calorie intake so not worried. Guess my body adjusting to the pretty large weight loss over the last week... Watch this space as they say
01/18 - 150.80 down 1.0lb since yesterday and back to an overall drop - not sure what the last few days was about but hey ho! Goes to show how peoples weight can vary daily even when "being good" . Lost 4.1lb this round so far so very happy and with the weekend approaching if I finish on this on Tuesday I'll be happy - lose a bit more I'll be even happier! Nothing out the ordinary this weekend so no reason not to stay totally on track although need to ensure I drink enough as that's my usual weekend downfall
01/19 - 150.4lb - down 0.4lb - forgot to log in here and update!
01/20 - 149.90lb - down another .50lb and back under 150 so very happy about that. Sunday evening is always a big Sunday roast dinner night (even though within calorie allowance) and we always have a dessert which I don't normally have - so not unusual to see the scale up on a Monday but here's hoping ... Will just try and eat a little less I guess ? Although will still have my normal glass of red wine with dinner - my weekly treat!
01/21 - 149.60 down 0.30lb - SSSOOO happy with this - a weekend and a loss! Goes to show what I can do when I set my mind to it I guess even despite our full on Sunday roast dinner last night. I made a real concerted effort to eat a bit less but still had dessert but never got round to a glass of vino. Yay All on track for a good day today too and a string finish to the round tomorrow ....
01/22 - 149.90 slightly up from yesterday. Although looking back at my MFP progress graph, this does seem to be pattern - lose weight consistently for a few days then a small upwards spike... However so pleased with this rounds progress - 5lb lost but more importantly I feel so much better and I have got back the routine and discipline in order to carry on and get back to my ideal weight. See you all next round13 -

Boy my day did not go to plan yesterday. So I blame TOM and stress eating on the 1000cals I ate in snacks.
Today is a friend's birthday and a last min plan to go on a game drive. That will be great, but means estimated food, probably alcohol and not my planned day of gym, work and relaxing, hence more stress.
But i'll enjoy it and get back to the plan on Monday.
01/14 72.1 (+0.9) run
01/15 71.6 (-0.5) yoga
01/16 71.7 (+0.1) yoga
01/17 71.8 (+0.1) nothing
01/18 71.6 (- 0.2) yoga, no run
I'm back, I had to take a minute away from this. My week was very stressful at work and I just couldn't stop myself eating far too many calories each day until I stopped counting on Wed. It was stressing me even more. I now realise I don't just stress-eat, I also stress-shop. Which meant I had things at home that I didn't want to be eating but of course I did. My will power had gone out the window.
But it's time to get a grip, I only have two weeks left in this job and then a much needed holiday. Only 9 days until DH arrives, I really wanted to be below my weight from when I left the UK, but that may be a stretch now. I'll catch up on posts over the weekend - 470 posts - and try to get back into a more controlled eating pattern...
01/19 71.2 (-0.4) yoga&walk (treadmill&outside)
Now after my resolve to be back, I gave up on counting last night because my day took a positive turn: I got offered a job I really, really want I only interviewed on Wed, so was not expecting a response so fast. It would mean a lot of life changes, so not a quick decision. I went out to celebrate and skipped the treadmill. I'm paying for it with a headache today and am walking on the treadmill as I write this. The loss has nothing to do with good choices, but probably the iffy tummy from the emotional rollercoaster this week (and drinks last night).
Anyway, I finally ordered a fitbit yesterday, decided on the Charge 3 after watching reviews on Youtube. I had never done that before, it was so helpful, especially the things people didn't like about the ones I was considering. I'll get it when DH arrives - 8 more sleep
01/20 70.8kg (-0.4) yoga & run & walk
Okay, that's a nice surprise and very motivating.
I walked 6.5km on the treadmill yesterday and my phone step tracker says over 10k steps, but I think some of that on the treadmill. I don't have a car this weekend, so walked to the gym and shops. Went over cals quite a bit, but still acceptable given that it I was a little hung over. Today, I already did my yoga, and will run on the treadmill after I've done some work. Still no car, so walking to gym and shops.
Thank you for all the hugs on Friday (only sat that now), I appreciate this group so much, it certainly keeps me coming back when I get distracted and lose my healthy ways.
kmfeig87 thank you!
I read (listened to) this article yesterday and thought I'd share. It's also available as a podcast. Very interesting points on sedentary time. https://www.theguardian.com/news/2019/jan/03/why-exercise-alone-wont-save-us
01/21 70.6kg (-0.2) yoga & treadmill
Good day yesterday, finally had that bagel i'd been craving since last round. That was within calories and after 95mins on the treadmill. I also bought a piece of cake because it looked just too good. I only had a couple of bites and decided it wasn't worth the estimeated cals. I also made it a point to get up more frequently after that article. I went over by about 250, but I must have burned around 900, so that was ok. I will stay on track today and hope to finish work on time and get to the gym so I can end this round lower than I ended R64 (70.9) - all depends on having a car and the rains and work as I only have 10 working days left, *panic*
01/22 70.5 (-0.1) yoga done, not sure about treadmill yet
Wow, despite my slip up, I ended this round with a loss, 0.4kg (0.88lbs) compared to end of R64 and 0.7kg (1.4lbs) compared to start of this round. I'm still around 1kg away from my lowest before xmas weight. Maybe i can make it in R66 (it;ll have to be before Monday, because that's when DH arrives and we'll have lots of dinner dates).
Yesterday went ok, slightly over, but in deficit if I would count my exercise cals. Went to the gym with the plan to just walk, but ended up also running a bit, total time 75mins and 8km. Today may be a rest day, depending on how work goes. I'm looking forward run in the crisp cold in the UK next month.
@tlgale i'm sorry you're feeling lonely. I know it's not the same as IRL, but at least this group isn't going anywhere. Others have already provided great advice I think.
@back2cute Don't feel bad. What you feel is a tough time is absolutely legitimate and shouldn't be measured against others. As for the comfort eating, I only realised through this group that i'm an emotional eater - when I need a reward, when i'm stressed, when i'm sad... I try to replace eating with a tea or coffee (no sugar) and watching a series, doing some yoga, and I started writing down things I'm grateful for/annoyed me. Especially updating this every day, throws up a lot of things that feel good to write down - and the nice notebook and pen were a reward, better than chocolate
@thewaffle86 well done on C25K and your loss!12 -
Is it really the end of round 65! Time in 10 day increments really flies.

1/20 - I think my new goal each round will be “weigh less than round starting weight” or I may do two rounds of “just give me FIVE days” 😜
1/22 – I’ll take it!! Anytime I’m less than my starting weight it’s a WIN!! 🐢

01/14 - 248.8 - Whoomp! There it is! This was the lowest weight I got down to last year in May before I quit trying because "I wasn't losing weight fast enough". So I gained almost all of it back. Doesn't make any sense, does it? lol
01/15 - 249.8 - I'm happy with this. Still technically in the 240s! I'm puffy this morning so this is probably water retention. Stuck to calorie limit yesterday but had a later dinner. No LNS. Also, I had red meat the night before for dinner and that seems to stay in my system longer.
01/16 - 251.8 - I did really well yesterday - would've been slightly under my 1650 goal but I lost the plot after dinner while making John's lunch for work today. (3120 total for the day) It's just food weight and will be gone again soon. IF I behave myself!

My tax season starts this round which means I'll be working weekends and roughly 12 hours a day. Clients bring us goodies and the owner of the CPA firm often buys us lunch and dinner. I'm going to use this round to figure out exactly how to maintain my weight while being tempted by donuts, cookies, pizza, etc. It's almost as bad as the holidays!

Day/Weight/Comment
01/13 - 144 - I'm very surprised! Due to my sodium yesterday and today, I'll bet it goes up tomorrow, but I'm very happy today. I've also got my lunch and healthy snacks packed for tomorrow.
01/14 - 146 - Here's the sodium! I'll be drinking plenty of water today.
01/15 - 147 - Wow, I did not want to post this, but facing this is what has kept me on track the last 8 months. My daughter stopped by last night so I had an extra glass of wine with her and I ate leftovers from Sunday for dinner, which did not help with my water weight. I have supper plans with my my golf league tonight at an Italian restaurant, so tomorrow is probably not going to be any better. But, it is my last night out with the ladies until tax season is over in April, so I'm going to go and enjoy myself. I'll just have to work really hard this next week to get my weight back down.
01/16 - 146.5 - I had a great time last night and managed to stay just under maintenance calories for the day.
01/17 - 145.5 - I slept well last night and got plenty of water yesterday.
01/18 - 145.5 - I did not sleep well last night. We've got a winter storm hitting my area tomorrow and my car started flashing a check engine light along with traction control failure lights on the way home last night. I can't take off work today because of tax season so I drove in this morning with the lights. I've got to work some hours tomorrow before the storm hits, so I'll have to juggle dropping off the car at the garage and borrowing my husband's car to drive in to work. My daughter and her boyfriend are driving south to WV to see an indie rock concert this weekend, so I'm a nervous wreck about them driving through this storm. These are the types of triggers that can cause me to stress eat, but I'm more aware of them now and as many of you have said, eating is not going to fix anything. I hope all of you have a good weekend!
01/19 - 145 - I did not stress eat yesterday! My daughter elected not to go to WV due to the weather and the mechanic should be able to fix my car this morning while I'm at work. I'm going to work a few hours and try to get home before the snow hits our area.
01/20 - 146 - I did not have enough water yesterday. We stayed sitting by the fireplace most of the late afternoon and evening watching the snow and enjoying some coffee and wine.
01/21 - 146.5 - I'm paying for my lazy Sunday. If only white-knuckle driving through inches of snow burned calories I would be down a couple pounds for tomorrow. Oh well, I made it to work this morning and I'll try to drink all my water and get back to weight loss calories.
01/22 - 145.5 - Oh well, I think I'm retaining some water, but it's not too bad considering the past week. On to the next round!12
