At higher weight I need to lean forward, because the family jewels are in the way. I'm not really sure what to do about this.

Having experienced this, my advice is to wear underwear that prevents forward escape and tuck down one leg.0

I find it useful to just wrap 'em around my leg and tape 'em off at my ankle.0

wear more supportive underwear... do a slight squat when you're almost at the top (almost like a check to make sure your knees aren't locked) to help them swing away from crushing danger0

Honestly i just learned to deal with it. Nothing hurts at that point of the lift if your really into it :P
Muscle training and decreased penile sensitivity? I dunno, there's just some places you wouldn't want to form callouses. Or so I assume.0 -
