Lift your boys along on top of the bar. Sure it adds a couple of extra pounds, but safety first!
A couple of extra POUNDS?!?! My word, exactly how large are the boys?!?!0 -

That is kind of what happens already, and does not feel to great having things smooshed between your body and the bar. Thankfully I am fluffy, so there is some padding. But guys with low bodyfat must have it worse.
Maybe test it out with a broomstick first? It might take some practice to get some "lift" with the bar rather than smoosh anything with it??0 -
Honestly i just learned to deal with it. Nothing hurts at that point of the lift if your really into it :P0

I think we need to see a video of this....for form review and stuff.
We freely distribute videos. But only for those that can follow TOPIC DIRECTIONS!
So, you'll pm the video to me then? :smokin:0 -
I've never had this problem, but I've always worn briefs to the gym (and shorts on top, Joy )0

I'm still waiting...
I'll also accept a picture of you weighing 'it' to substantiate the weight claim.0 -
Bill, you know you would have this problem of your junk "getting in the way" of the bar if you would stop checking out the ladies in the yoga pants on the treadmill...
that badonkadonk always gives you a little rise...0 -
Just wear the compression shorts. That's what I do, and I only get a light grazing on occasion vs. the full racking I could get.0

At higher weight I need to lean forward, because the family jewels are in the way. I'm not really sure what to do about this.
Watch a few episodes of RuPaul's Drag Race and learn how to tuck.0 -
My ovaries and I will just be over here, listening.0

How many women had to sneak in to see what this was about?! lol0

Compression shorts...or tuck before the lift.0

Having experienced this, my advice is to wear underwear that prevents forward escape and tuck down one leg.0
-
I find it useful to just wrap 'em around my leg and tape 'em off at my ankle.0

Highly interesting topic. Plz continue.0
