This week I have been doing well.

I did eat some nuts straight after dinner last night, but, I weighed them out and had just a 30g portion, logged them and had them as the soup I ate at dinner didn't satisfy me. So, counting them as a dinner add on rather than a snack and from now on planning bigger dinners since I've upped my exercise.1 -

No eating after dinner, but I got a raise/promotion so I ate more than I probably should've at the celebrating that ensuied. Ah, well. Back at it today.2 -

Was working on some tedious editing and lost track of time while nibbling on sunflower seeds. On the plus side, nibbling from a pre-measured serving bag so I didn’t go overboard in my inattention.1 -
Binge snacking is my biggest weakness, I am incredibly healthy all day (working out and eating right) and once 9-10 pm hits i need to overeat on snacks. Hoping this holds me accountable.
