I’ve been really bad about logging, so I’m going to start new today, and completely start over. I generally eat pretty healthy, but I haven’t been losing weight solely because of my late night snacking habits. Time for attempt #2!3

So proud of myself. Walking out of class last night at 8:15pm, my colleague and I see a plate of cheese and fruit left over from an earlier party. He asks if I want to go nibble on the cheese. I very easily say “ no thanks, I don’t eat after 8pm.” He pauses, then with sincerity says “that’s a smart habit” as we walk away from the yummy food without a second glance.3 -
