Sex related question here; Do you/can you count rough, vigorous sex as exercise? Would be pretty awesome to be able to use that towards daily exercise and burnt calories!

Nope, it is a bonus.
Though, do it vigorously enough and you can earn a post-sex sandwich.0 -
Why not?
If you are dripping in sweat and finding it hard to catch your breath .... i would say you have burnt a few cals :P
EDIT - I dont include it... but sometimes put it in just to brag nothing more ROFL :P What else are you MFP friends for if you can't tell them you just had some awesome wild sex? :P0 -

If either of you can make it into the kitchen or have enough energy to make/eat a sammich... you aren't doing it hard enough :P (jokes)0 -

I always make the sandwiches beforehand just in case. If I am not happy with her performance, I eat hers. :P0 -
I read an article in Fitness magazine that quoted some study about this. The findings were that even vigorous sex burned not many more calories than sleeping, or something like that. So no, I wouldn't count it. But don't quote me on that.0
