03/04 79.0 kg. That's 1kg off in 2 days. Met my 2nd mini goal of losing 10% of my weight and now 75kg is my next mini goal.
03/05 79.5 or maybe 79.1kg. Scale couldn't decide! Either way it's a loss overall and I'm still keeping within my calories and macros. Ran yesterday and will do push ups etc today.

03/04- 163.0 . Good day today-started off lower than my EW! Also on track with water lol. Yesterday it took my family and I 5 hours into the evening to buy and food prep...they had NO idea how long it takes! Well now they do We also made WAY too much salad ... so that will be going into the freezer later for green smoothies if they aren't consumed this week (dressing aside, so it stays fresh!). All in all, a pretty good day!

Original Goal: 135 lb. (met 3/2/2019)
New Goal: Maintain between 135 and 140 lb.
I started Round 54 and Keto WOE on September 24, 2018.
Cumulative weight loss for Rounds 54-69 = 43.0 lb.
Latest NSV: I achieved my goal weight (135) on the next to last day of Round 69. I was out of town on the last day of the round and didnβt check in. My new goal is to increase strength and stay under 140 lb. Parts of me look melted now, but Iβll cover those areas, except my face, and firm what I can. I still have muscular calves, and capris can cover my upper legs. Iβll have to stay in the water or wear a long cover-up when I go to the beach.
I had a doctor appointment Friday, and my height was Β½β less than last year, so it seems I really am melting. Until a couple of years ago, I was 5β6 1/4β. Itβs obvious Iβll never make it to the 5β10β I thought would be a perfect height. Iβm fortunate to have a tall husband to help me out!

03/04 135.8 Yesterday was a long, but enjoyable day of singing and testifying with our gospel music groupβconcerts at two churches and one nursing home. I left at daybreak and returned home just before midnight. I worked today, so Iβm very tired this evening. The good news is, I can sleep late tomorrow morning. Love it!

I know I donβt have lots to lose but itβs more about curbing unhealthy eating habits and pretty much always obsessing about food
I am/was a runner and Iβve always used running as an excuse to eat what I like. Now injured so Iβve given up running this year and instead concentrating on cycling, strength training and Iβve just started to try yoga.
I love being active, but main barrier is TIME. Iβm a single mum of two girls working full time.
I have given up alcohol this year so far and am trying to give up sugar. Succeeded re alcohol but failed on sugar π

03/04 99.5 sorry.... What?!?! How?!?! So i don't run for 4 days and all my hard work reverses itself....?! Come on! Feeling very disheartened but my graduation is in 32 days so I need to focus 10000000000%! Have a feeling the weight gain is water in preparation for TOM but it still makes you doubt what you're doing and why you are bothering! Head up and just keep swimming!
03/05 97.5 now that's what i call a whoosh! trying to steel myself for today⦠mix of my dad's 79th birthday (unfortunately he passed away 2 years ago) and pancake Tuesday blended with fettisdagen! Fettisdagen is the Swedish equivalent of pancake Tuesday but instead of pancakes they have the yummyist cream filled sweet buns called a semla! So I've gone for a run this morning and I plan on keeping calories down so I can have one this evening! So I have an emotion filled day with food that would be awful for an emotional eater.... Really need to keep my headspace right today!

Posting really late today. I've been having a craving and just checked and TOM is due this week, so that would explain that and maybe also my tiredness. I tried to satisfy the craving it over the weekend and went waaaay over calories. But now I know what I'm dealing with.
This month is going to be difficult, my last days in London this week, so I'm nervous about the move, new job and have a fair bit of travelling back and forth on top of being in temporary accommodation, new supermarkets etc.
Anyway, trying to find motivation to stick with my goals and keep doing what I need to go do get this weight down.

Between injury and lymph nodes swelling up again had a bit of a free for all on the food yesterday so scale soared from the carbs and sodium, went for a couple of walks for fresh air.

Scale dropping again after the weekend's food. Rib injury seems to have eased off (bumped it on the plate at the bottom of the pole at my class on Friday) and my lymph nodes seem to have calmed down again. Today's goals are to get my rest day steps in, eat under maintenance and hit my macro goals.

And the water weight is off no rowing this morning, weather didn't look to great so I went for a run last night instead. Was just under maintenance yesterday and hit my macro goals, so I call that a good day. Goal today is to get out for a walk at lunchtime and eat my planned meals.12 -

Life took over the last few weeks with the girls' competition, weekend away with the grandkids, continuing building works and so so busy! Too much going on - I need to find a little bit of time to look after me!

Okay so I am back again starting afresh with my new scales. Iβve had a really rough time of it lately with my personal life and then giving up smoking (16th day of going cold turkey, whoop!) and I have just been eating terribly, now itβs time to focus on loosing weight again so here I am.

4 March: 124.8 lbs * Thrilled to be back for my second round! I have a few tricky days coming up so I'm thankful to have this challenge to help me stay accountable. My goal this round is to get down to 124 (or my more ambitious goal of 123.8).
5 March: 124 lbs * Quite the dramatic drop. And while technically my Round 70 'goal weight', I don't trust it'll stick around. Seems a bit too good to be true, but we'll see. Best of luck to everyone on the glorious and terrifying Pancake Day. I have calories put aside to indulge for dessert tonight!

03/04 - 136.4 (-2lb) Off to a quick start! Must have had a light day yesterday or something so am already at goal this round... Let's see if it sticks
03/05 - 134 (-2.4lb) Woah! OK so there's obviously some water retention/loss stuff happening here. I've gone from being out of action with a shoulder injury and eating a lot of junk, to being totally back on the wagon in terms of food and exercise in the last few days. We will wait to see how this settles over the coming week I think! Zero complaints though haha.
