Hi, I'm a newbie here, but happy to try this challenge to see if it can motivate me a little more!
Start weight: 152lb Aug 2010
Goal weight: 132lb
Current weight: 141.5lb - it has been a long and slow journey with too many sweet things and food impulses on the way! Have eaten off track this weekend - girls round to mine for dinner!! Still eating leftovers!!

03/04 – 143.6lb – I’m up, but knew I would be, as I was eating the left-overs from Saturday’s girl’s night which I hosted! I went for a 70s theme – prawn cocktail, duck a l’orange with steamed veg, finishing with baked Alaska! Unfortunately, I’m not so good at chucking away food. Today was better though, with a good breakfast, salad for lunch and salmon curry with rice for dinner. OK, I did have a couple of sandwiches in the afternoon. But, my NSV was instead of raiding the cupboards before going out to the gym, I read some people’s threads and thought better of it! Thanks!!!
03/05 – 143.2lb – down slightly, but could have been up so much more if I hadn’t read the threads on this page. It was a busy day at work, with no time for a proper evening meal, so had a hot lunch. It was ok but I would have preferred to have had a hot evening meal at home instead! Just had 1 and a half pancakes in recognition of Shrove Tuesday. My husband kindly made these without much oil in the pan, he then swore because the batter stuck to the pan! I was just grateful for a cup of tea and a pancake!

Back again! March is a new month and a new start. Who knew having adult children was going to be more stressful than having teenage children. February was exhausting and I did not do well with my weight at all. Ended January at 148 and ended February at 153. Between TOM, a week in Las Vegas, and my stressful children, I am ready to get back on track. My 10 day goal is to get back in the 140's no matter what, which is very doable. I know most of this bloat and water weight will should come off pretty easy.
03/04 - 154.9 fourth day in a row. I am finally done with TOM as of today and back on track with food. Looking forward to getting back in the 140's, so I am going to stay strong. I had no desire or will last week and it shows. Felt terrible most of the week and was exhausted. Thank goodness I only go through that every 3-4 months. Feeling motivated and in good spirits today and that will hopefully keep me motivated.
03/05 - 154.0 I thought it would be lower. Ate very low calorie yesterday, but did cave and have a couple of beers with my hubby. I had been kind of cranky the last couple of days towards him and was finally feeling better. So when he asked if I would have a drink with him, I kind of caved. It was nice sitting there, relaxing, cooking dinner, and just talking to him. I get super moody sometimes during TOM and my hubby pays the price, lol. He is really is a good man even though he drives me crazy sometimes. So on track so far today and no alcohol tonight. I should start seeing this water weight come off. I am expecting a pretty decent drop tomorrow.

I am in for round 70! Last round, I blew it. Issues at home caused a week of stress and comfort eating. I am using the start of Round 70 to try to immediately stop this terrible self-destructive behaviour.

Yesterday’s stats: 2109 Calories In (out to breakfast) / 2374 Calories Out. 12,235 Total Steps & 5.18 Total Miles, all from my heavy Sunday work schedule. No IF yesterday. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 5 hours & 15 minutes. No planned exercise as I worked all day until 7:00 PM & then had a movie night at home with a friend. Another heavy work schedule today but I hope to fit in my dancing, at least. I gotta get the ball rolling here! Have a great week everyone!
03/05 …..188.9 ….. My Fitbit numbers were phenomenal yesterday! Today will not be so good. I had several sitting appointments including with my attorney but I am trying to get as many steps as I can in. Yesterdays stats: 1135 Calories In / 3090 Calories out. 8 Net Carbs. 24,128 Total Steps & 10.22 Miles !!! Yay me! 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. IF 16:8 . I slept for 4 hours & 18 minutes. I walked at moderate pace for 93 minutes at the school. I danced for 71 minutes at home, all in one set. Sample song “Money for Nothing (I want my MTV) by Dire Straits. Much slower paced today but glad I will be food prepping although that doesn’t offer too many steps. I love my strong moments & strong days. I hope they will become more & more frequent. This winter weight has got to go.

I stayed mostly on track yesterday. No exercise though. Work up with head full of cotton and painful right ear. Already had doctors appt to fill out FMLA forms for my knees/back during horse show season so I had her check out my ears. Severe infection in right one. Z-pak for 5 days. 3/4: — 200.0 — I’ve been hovering at this weight for a bit, wanting to get under 200. I can tell I’ve lost even though the scale doesn’t show it. So I took measurements today and I have lost INCHES!! I’m really excited about that. So glad I took measurements earlier.

This challenge:- Really focus on meal planning / shopping. Paying close attention to what goes into my mouth and asking myself "is it worth the calories?". Often it's not! I'm eating like I used to when I was marathon training...always gave myself a treat! New Fitbit Versa keeping the numbers going - loving it so far.
Mini goal:- 164 - into 'just fat' and out of obese. I met this and then jumped back up

It really was very good though and halved it for lunch tomorrow! And some delicious strawberries - always so much nicer than the store bought.

03/04 79.0 kg. That's 1kg off in 2 days. Met my 2nd mini goal of losing 10% of my weight and now 75kg is my next mini goal.
03/05 79.5 or maybe 79.1kg. Scale couldn't decide! Either way it's a loss overall and I'm still keeping within my calories and macros. Ran yesterday and will do push ups etc today.
03/06 79.9kg. No idea where the gain is coming from so I'm just going to trust the process and keep on. Couldn't run today as a nearby tropical storm has rained on us for over 24 hours... Still raining and the ground is totally waterlogged.

03/04- 163.0. Good day today-started off lower than my EW! Also on track with water lol. Yesterday it took my family and I 5 hours into the evening to buy and food prep...they had NO idea how long it takes! Well now they do We also made WAY too much salad ... so that will be going into the freezer later for green smoothies if they aren't consumed this week (dressing aside, so it stays fresh!). All in all, a pretty good day!
03/05- 162.0. Cool. A step in the right direction (though maybe a touch dehydrated). Was able to eat healthfully, and planning to get plenty of rest tonight! I learned about the "Crimson Worm." 03/04: 84.7kg. No change, but yesterday was a good day for steps (10,000+), eating well, and almost 8 hours of sleep. Definitely one of my side goals is tracking my sleep better!
03/05: 84.3kg. I will take that! 10,000+ steps, did a small gym session even though it wasn't part of my daily plan. Slowly getting a little bit more confident in the handful of weight machines I am so very, very light workouts on in addition to my cardio. Sleep only just over 7 hours, still working on this.
03/06: 83.9kg. Yesterday was a good day in terms on steps, poor in terms of sleep. Not as much exercise done today, so it will be interesting to see if this bounces up about 84kg tommorrow.

Starting slowly my exercise routine in Feb 201914 -
ROUND 70 (Round 15 for me)
5’4 ½” 67 y/o Texas Lady
SW 178 lb.
Goal: Maintain between 135 and 140 lb.
I started Round 54 and Keto WOE on September 24, 2018.
Cumulative weight loss for Rounds 54-69 = 43.0 lb. lost in 159 days!
Latest NSV: I achieved my goal weight (135) on the next to last day of Round 69. I was out of town on the last day of the round and didn’t check in. My new goal is to increase strength and stay under 140 lb. Parts of me looks melted now, but I’ll cover those areas, except my face, and firm what I can. I still have muscular calves, and capris can cover my upper legs. I’ll have to stay in the water or wear a long cover-up when I go to the beach.
I had a doctor appointment Friday, and my height was ½” less than last year, so it seems I really am melting. Until a couple of years ago, I was 5’6 1/4”. It’s obvious I’ll never make it to the 5’10” I thought would be a perfect height. I’m fortunate to have a tall husband to help me out!

03/04 135.8 Yesterday was a long, but enjoyable day of singing and testifying with our gospel music group—three concerts. We left early in the morning, and I returned home just before midnight. I worked today, so I’m very tired this evening. The good news is, I can sleep late tomorrow morning. Love it!
03/05 134.4 Now that I’m not trying to lose more, I lose more! Along with loose belly skin, that I’ve had since my twin pregnancy over 30 years ago, I still have a little belly fat, so I hope that’s where muscle toning work will help. I’m so used to the keto WOE now, I think I’ll pretty much stick with that, do weight training, and just eat a little more than I’ve been eating. I’m feeling good now!

Okay so I am back again starting afresh with my new scales. I’ve had a really rough time of it lately with my personal life and then giving up smoking (16th day of going cold turkey, whoop!) and I have just been eating terribly, now it’s time to focus on loosing weight again so here I am.

03/05- 224.4 whoosh, still up 4lb since before I decided to quit smoking. Yesterday was a success in my books, 770cals in, 15800 steps, in bed by 10pm. I did struggle to get to sleep and stay asleep so feeling tired today. Today's goals are to stay under 1700cals.
03/06- 225.8- I ate very late night last night which could explain the bigger than usual gain. 8500steps, 1350cals, not enough sleep again. Today is a fast day, I want to get over 10,000 steps today x

Posting really late today. I've been having a craving and just checked and TOM is due this week, so that would explain that and maybe also my tiredness. I tried to satisfy the craving it over the weekend and went waaaay over calories. But now I know what I'm dealing with.
This month is going to be difficult, my last days in London this week, so I'm nervous about the move, new job and have a fair bit of travelling back and forth on top of being in temporary accommodation, new supermarkets etc.
Anyway, trying to find motivation to stick with my goals and keep doing what I need to go do get this weight down.

Today is a rest day and date night, not a great combination. But I need a rest day and will enjoy the night and not watch my food or drinks. We have our anniversary for starting dating next week and I won't be here. Before that, I have so start actual packing, as in putting stuff in the suitcase, deciding my work outfits for the first couple of weeks. I'll also have a last dash to the shopping centre and should get my steps in that way and will keep my daytime cals to the minimum.
