    03/04 142 holy cow, what a gain. Had friends over and went crazy on the sweets, treats, wines and salty foods. I am assuming it's all bloat and nothing to worry about. Last night was the last night of doing this terrible. March is here which means new goals (I am focusing on toning) and new weight goals (I am not going to worry about my weight trend and just have the loss comes as it comes) it's time to get serious. At least 3 months until summer

    03/07 138.4 worked out hard and ate under Calories. Its so crazy how much of a struggle it is to take weight off but the day you decide to eat "normally" and with everyone else and it takes 4 days to take it off. Sheeeeesh!! I feel like it is always the same argument. I mentally finally feel serious all over again...just want the mentality to stick.

    03/10 139.6 pizza and wings last night at a friend's house, usually she has veggies and fruits but because it was her husband's birthday they only ordered and I attempted to save the calories for whatever meal we had but I still was way over. It's a major reason I hate eating out. I can stretch out a days worth of calories so I am never hungry...but 5 wings and a slice of pizza later and I am over my daily. So annoying (the order out situation, not the decision to order out...after all it was his birthday)
