Probably because 1000 calories is too low - your body may have gone into starvation mode to hold on to as much as it can now ! xx Try changing your intake and out put of calories x.
Thank you so much musicsax for the advice.. I always thought that a 1000 calories a day in considered reasonable. Ill try to "deceive" my body and change my calorie intake daily. Maybe that would help. Thank you again..
@LolaLaylola
Whilst 1000 calories per day is too low for a healthy diet, it's not going to cause starvation mode, starvation mode is a diet myth and adaptive thermogenesis (the actual process that the starvation mode myth comes from) will not stop you from losing weight, it can slow down weight loss, but not usually after a month, it happens after being in a large deficit long term.
Bearing in mind you've lost weight in the previous rounds, you are probably just retaining some water from something - higher sodium, higher carbs, hormones, alcohol intake, dehydration, new or more intense exercise, medication, etc. Water weight fluctuations are an entirely normal process and happen constantly, you will see weeks during weight loss without any loss and possibly even a gain now and again, it's nothing to worry about.

03/04 - 211.4 up 1.0lb from Friday but that is the way my weekends go. Got out for a walk and did W1D1 of couch 2 5k. Total 5.5km. Food good and plenty of water
03/05 - 210.0 - food good apart from one crepe with Nutella. At least it was only one. It is usually at least 3 on Pancake Tuesday. Small walk and a Pilates class
03/06 - 210.4 - that pancake! Not much exercise but I hit my steps and was ok foodwise.
03/07 - 211.4 - what is that about? Loads of pottering about yesterday, food good and loads of water
03/08 - 208.8 - did great foodwise, no exercise though!
03/09 - 208.8 - did ok foodwise but did eat out all day. Not much exercise though as was out all day.
03/10 - 209.8 - disappointing! No exercise again today. Standing for a lot of the day so that should help
03/11 - 209.0 - happier with that. Got a good walk in, and did W2D1 of c25k in the middle of it. Was good foodwise and drank loads of water
03/12 - 208.2

Previous Daily Summaries03/03
Between injury and lymph nodes swelling up again had a bit of a free for all on the food yesterday so scale soared from the carbs and sodium, went for a couple of walks for fresh air.
04/03
Scale dropping again after the weekend's food. Rib injury seems to have eased off (bumped it on the plate at the bottom of the pole at my class on Friday) and my lymph nodes seem to have calmed down again. Today's goals are to get my rest day steps in, eat under maintenance and hit my macro goals.
05/03
And the water weight is off no rowing this morning, weather didn't look to great so I went for a run last night instead. Was just under maintenance yesterday and hit my macro goals, so I call that a good day. Goal today is to get out for a walk at lunchtime and eat my planned meals.
07/03
Well I don't know if I have just been dehydrated last 2 days (I don't think I have) but there was some drop on the scale the last 2 days compared to normal, I've checked my scale with some dumbbells and all seems to be in order. I did start taking some electrolyte supplements, so maybe they just helped release some of the water I've been carrying over shark week, workouts and recent flying. Today's goals are to get some strength training and steps in.
08/03
Yay my Libra trend is back on a downward slant again. Got steps in yesterday but no strength training apart from the bodyweight exercises that I do on breaks at work, will do it at lunchtime today instead.
11/03
Over the weekend I indulged a little but within reason, trendweight is still going down and I am finding it far easier not to snack between meals during the week by having a really calorific fat and protein packed lunch.
12/03
Had a good food prep session last night, freezing stuff ready for coming back from holiday next Monday, so I am not tempted to get a takeaway when our late flight gets in.15 -

03/04: 198.6 - I was happy to see this because I've been at 199.8 for the last 3 days.
03/05: 199.2 - Barely hanging on to Onederland! Gotta get it together.
03/06: 198.4 - Was way under my calories yesterday because I wasn't feeling good.
03/07: 198.2 - I guess -.2 is better than going up!
03/08: 198.2 - I started in Feb and it went a whole lot faster lol I knew it was going to slow down though, it's still frustrating seeing the same numbers all week. Today is my daughter's birthday!! Good thing birthday cake calories don't count
03/09: 198.4 - Honestly wasn't expecting a decrease, I'm glad it's not higher.
03/10: 197.0 - A little bit of a whoosh! I thought for sure it would be higher today because I can feel my body retaining water. My feet and hands are really swollen. I'm going to drink as much water as I can today so hopefully that helps. Already got 25 ounces down! Happy Sunday
03/11: 195.8 - Drinking all that water yesterday helped, I guess! I still feel swollen, which is weird for me.
03/12: 196.4 - My goal today is to not snack at work and drink only water.

03/04: 312.50 (+4.00) - Not a surprise or a worry. I'm having severe fatigue issues right now, I treated myself to whatever I wanted from a fish and chip shop yesterday evening, a lot of deep fried food, a lot of salt, and overall an extremely heavy evening meal. Expected a gain today. Still feel full from it! Kept it light until then, so only came in around maintainance. Planning the same today calorie-wise for my sanity, and in the hopes a small refeed may help my fatigue. This is my pill free week so I'm more prone to gaining and holding water during it, I have no idea how I'll do this week, I'll make sure I'm under maintainance, otherwise I'm not too worried, although I'd like to go back to my defecit tomorrow. I won't allow myself over and regaining weight, losing it is best for my health in the long run! But fatigue always makes me very hungry, hence the sanity side of a refeed. Tricky balance at times.
03/05: 312.25 (-0.25) - Expected higher, high calories yesterday and I feel bloated. Shark week issues. Overall ok.
03/06: 310.00 (-2.25) - Feel bloated as anything so I checked this multiple times. I expect I'll have a small Woosh sometime soon though, when any period water weight eases off (plus TMI, my digestive system has come to a standstill), getting under 308 is so near, it's almost frustrating!
03/07: 311.00 (+1.00) - Bounce. Realised dealing with my Grandma is one of my comfort eating triggers, which is depressing. She has dementia issues, sometimes even a basic conversation is getting impossible now some days. I love her, it's hard work though caring for her though. Dad does most of it, but he's disabled and not very well right now. Worries me that I'll be moving away soon too.
03/08: 310.00 (-1.00) - Still want to eat everything in sight. Tired and headachey. Long but fun day out tomorrow, doubt I'll weigh, need to leave home about 6:30am. Should be good though!
03/09: 307.25 (-2.75) - Yippee! Under 22 stone (308)! A bit surprised as I've had a rough week with eating. Off to an event today, will be having lunch and snacks there which tends to involve cake. Then a restaurant meal tonight. Probably wipe out any defecit I had left this week. Back on properly tomorrow then! Marathon, not a sprint. And I don't intend to be unable to have the odd treat. (5:30am weigh. So, so early.)
03/10: 306.50 (-0.75) - Yay! Happy to see this. Next mini goal is under 300lbs.
Had to push my car yesterday (it'll be fine, thankfully), in a lot of pain today. Decided to just eat a pack of biscuits. Got about half way through (8 biscuits) and had enough. I've been through bigger packs when in pain before. Guess I have got better with food after all. That's good! Pain bad, but I'll be ok.
I came in roughly at my calorie goal yesterday as my friend cancelled, I'll go to a restaurant with her when she's better and have a day out. Had to estimate calories in homemade foods. Didnt go crazy. Was a nice day!
03/11: 308.00 (+1.50)
03/12: 308.50 (+0.50) - Yesterday was rough still, didn't realise I hadn't posted. Pain easing off now, mostly stiff and aching today over actual pain. Bit annoyed at numbers going back up, but my calories have been correct so it should catch up soon. Back on track with calories this week anyway!
Sorry I've been absent so much, just been one of those weeks, or fortnights.

03/04 99.5 sorry.... What?!?! How?!?! So i don't run for 4 days and all my hard work reverses itself....?! Come on! Feeling very disheartened but my graduation is in 32 days so I need to focus 10000000000%! Have a feeling the weight gain is water in preparation for TOM but it still makes you doubt what you're doing and why you are bothering! Head up and just keep swimming!
03/05 97.5 now that's what i call a whoosh! trying to steel myself for today… mix of my dad's 79th birthday (unfortunately he passed away 2 years ago) and pancake Tuesday blended with fettisdagen! Fettisdagen is the Swedish equivalent of pancake Tuesday but instead of pancakes they have the yummyist cream filled sweet buns called a semla! So I've gone for a run this morning and I plan on keeping calories down so I can have one this evening! So I have an emotion filled day with food that would be awful for an emotional eater.... Really need to keep my headspace right today!
03/06 98.0 okay, These fluctuations are driving me insane! Possibly the pancakes in there too so it'll go! I was good yesterday, only a small stack of homemade American style pancakes and one homemade semla.
03/07 98.0 hmm.. Guess i should be happy it's not going up?!?! Still a week to get to my target… no bother… ?!?!
03/08 97.8 too early to celebrate! My weight has been bouncing all over the place the last 2 weeks. But I was incredibly disciplined yesterday, food and exercise exactly as planned so hopefully this is the result of that discipline.
03/09 98.0 argh.... Knew it wouldn't stick! Had my implant out yesterday and my arm is swollen and soooo sore.. bit of luck the weight gain possibly caused by the implant will go away now! Fingers crossed!
03/10 98.5 argh… bouncing weight is going to drive me insane! I have 27 days until graduation and I have 3 dresses that are all still too tight… I AM NOT BUYING A BIGGER DRESS! I WILL LOSE THE 3.5 KG I PLANNED TO LOSE!
03/11 97.4 please stay down… please! Tired of this yo-yo week!
03/12 97.2 Not even gonna “yay”, otherwise I'll be 99.7 tomorrow! Lol! Run this morning, then usual full day with the kids, then Zumba tonight... I've bought 2 dresses and a pair of shoes for my graduation... Fingers crossed I'm down to 95kg and actually fit into them! ;-)

03/04 – 144 – Back to weight loss calories for the work week.
03/05 – 143 – I’m glad to see the number go back down.
03/06 – 142.5 – I had a stress snack attack at work yesterday, so I munched on some popcorn and had a handful of mixed nuts. It’s better than going for the cookies and chocolate in the break room, which is exactly how I’ve dealt with it in the past. My desk is stuffed full of healthier snack choices, I just need to make sure I’m not overeating the healthy snacks.
03/07 – 142 – It’s been a few weeks since I’ve seen this number.
03/08 – 142 – I had to run around to several client offices yesterday. One of my favorites is a local Italian restaurant. The owner surprised me with a personal pan mini pizza to eat while I was doing his books since I’d shown up during lunch time. (I usually eat lunch before I go out to his place because I don’t want to be tempted.) I ate the whole delicious thing. I skipped supper because I was still full from the pizza, but I’m still surprised it didn’t show up on the scale this morning from water retention. It may show up tomorrow, but I’m happy I’m still in the middle of maintenance range.
03/09 – 142.5 – Normal daily weight bounce. We’ve got out of town family coming to visit today and tomorrow. I’ll try to stick with maintenance calories while they’re here.
03/10 - 142.5 - When the Florida grandson comes to visit and he asks for fried chicken and pizza for dinner, we get fried chicken and pizza for dinner. I had one piece of each, so I didn't go crazy. I also had a couple beers with the son-in-law. No regrets.
03/11 – 143 – Not too bad for a Monday. Back on track for the week.
03/12 – 143 – I need to drink more water today!

@sue_01 - I'm so happy for you!
@LolaLaylola - Have you taken your measurements? I know when I've been stuck in a plateau before, seeing that my waist dropped half an inch makes it easier to handle. In fact, although I've been in maintenance since December and my weight has only varied a couple pounds, I've lost another inch off my waist since then.9 -

So I'm back again and starting a day late this round but SSSOOO need to get back on track - seem to do so much better when I'm on these challenges.
My target for the round is to be back under 150.....
03/05 - 152.40lb - result of a weekend away with the eldest son, daughter in law and the grandkids and no control over what I ate! Unsurprisingly I don't feel any better for it in any way at all. Food prepped for the day and planning to squeeze in a gym session tonight. Main aim for today is to stay in control and drink plenty of water
03/06 - 151.10lb (down 1.30lb) Happy with this and even managed to build in a pancake last night after tea! Onwards and downwards!
03/07 - 150.80lb (down 0.30lb) all going well and just about fitted in time some me time yesterday between work, school runs and taking the girls to cheer practice as well to go for a walk yesterday so did my 10k steps for the day. Still feeling bloated so will keep chugging the water today and am going to try and drink more green tea today rather than my usual coffees and tea. On track to meet my round goal of under 150
03/08 - DNW
03/09 - 150.40 (down 0.40lb) still heading in the right direction
03/10 - DNW (Hubby was up earlier than normal today and put my routine out of sync so had already had two cups of tea and breakfast before I had chance to weigh so skipped it. Hoping for a decent finish tomorrow (although TOM due - or not!) - and starting to feel it But regardless of the scale reading I am feeling so much better even just a few days properly back into it
03/11 - 151.90lb (up 1.50lb) aaarrgh!! Getting fed up of this up down up down fairground ride- fair enough when I know why but I genuinely have no idea why (other than impending TOM wehich may or may not arrive at some random time!) Found losing weight last year pretty easy to be honest, trying to do the same again but its not happening ...... Is it the whole "peri-menopause" thing maybe that is making this so much more difficult ? I definitely need to change something - its just the what ...... But I'm a stubborn person and won't give in ....
03/12 -14 -
I am back for my 3rd round.
My goal is to be down 2 lbs and 7000 👣 or more each day.

Round 70
Day/Weight/Comment
03/04 – 215.8 not sure about today’s weight. I am glad it did not go up so that a good sign. Well tomorrow is another day.
03/05 – 214 I wasn’t sure how this was going but glad it is lower. I do everything right so always want to see lower. I forgot to mention because I am in another challenge I started trying exercise more, besides the walking I do when I get the grandson. I started Sunday, the body is sore but it still feels good.
03/06 – 214.6 oh well the joys of weighing every day up and down. I am starting to let these small amounts bother me. However, all that matters is the end results. I have been exercising and eating right so not going to worry about an increase or make any excuses. On to the next day.
03/07 – 214.4
03/08 – 213.8
03/09 – 213.6
03/10 – 213.2 I will take this, little at a time considering I ate dinner at 7pm last night and it we ordered out and I kept it under calories. I didn’t really want to get up and move yesterday, had to really force myself. Overall was a good day.
03/11 – 211.6 OMG! I am surprised by this number. I expected it to be down in 212 something but this amazing. I do work hard, and stay within in calories and try to move more than I used to. I was putting the scale away and thought I better check again, and yep it was this amount, lol.
03/12 – 211.2 I had to wait for hubby to wake up to be able to weigh and get my coffee. He works second shift so have to wait in order not to wake him. I forgot to mention I met a personal goal of weighing 212 for March 22nd yesterday and close to another group challenge of weighing 210 for March 29th.

03/04 177.2I was super tired yesterday and I'm feeling like TOM is about to start. I went a smidge over calories but I got in a short walk too. I have a short week at work, which is nice. Tomorrow is my day off, but my son and I both have dentist appointments. Then I work Wednesday and get Thursday, Friday and the weekend off! I'm thinking of something fun to do on those days!
03/05 177 My son and I both have dentist appointments today, and I’m considering getting some walking in. Have a great day today!
03/06 176.4 I had a pretty good day yesterday. The dentist trip wasn't too terrible and I got in some relaxing. I was within calories, did not meet my step goal but did get in a 30 minute workout.
03/07 176.8 I got in lots of steps yesterday and did a short Walk At Home workout. It was snowing so I didn't feel like walking outside. 😆 Today I’m having lunch with my Mom and sister and taking my son to see LEGO Movie 2! I totally plan to bring my own snacks!
03/08 175.6 Happy surprise! I don't know why I'm surprised though. I've been within calories. I keep thinking I'm a about to "start" any day now, so I think that's why I'm surprised. I'm going to try and get my steps in even if it is lightly snowing! I'm so ready for it to warm up! Even my husband was saying is all we've been doing is coming home from work and having dinner, then watching TV or a movie. He's right. We could probably do a game night, which would be fun. When it warms up, we can get out more!
03/09 175.4 Nice! I’m going to go for my step goal today. And today…I’m going to try Chick Fil-A for the first time! I’ve already tracked it. Being gluten intolerant, fast food just doesn’t seem like an option so I don’t even think to try it. But I did see that they had some gluten free options. So cool! I’m excited!
03/10 175.8 Yesterday, I got some sad news. We’ve known for a while our dog was on the decline. She lived a long life, I’m thinking around 18 years. We got her before I even met my husband. And she and my son had a connection. We knew this was coming and I am sad that she is now gone, but I’m relieved that she’s no longer hurting.
Other than that, I also started. I had considered skipping weighing in for a few days, but decided against it. Time of month can bring a temporary gain, but it’s not something to stress over. So I’ll continue on logging and learning!
03/11 176.6 I think this is a combo of water weight gain and going to a movie yesterday. We saw Captain Marvel and I did bring my own snacks, but also had some popcorn too. I think I was within calories. It'll be off in a few days.
03/12 178 😱 I know I said I was going to keep logging my weight even though it was TOM but yikes!
I was within calories yesterday and I got in a workout. I need to remember this is a temporary fluctuation. I think this is why this challenge is helpful.

Okay so I am back again starting afresh with my new scales. I’ve had a really rough time of it lately with my personal life and then giving up smoking (16th day of going cold turkey, whoop!) and I have just been eating terribly, now it’s time to focus on loosing weight again so here I am.
Day/Weight/Comment
03/04- 227.4- fast day today, I would like to reach 10,000steps, it’s not raining so no excuses!
03/05- 224.4 whoosh, still up 4lb since before I decided to quit smoking. Yesterday was a success in my books, 770cals in, 15800 steps, in bed by 10pm. I did struggle to get to sleep and stay asleep so feeling tired today. Today's goals are to stay under 1700cals.
03/06- 225.8- I ate very late night last night which could explain the bigger than usual gain. 8500steps, 1350cals, not enough sleep again. Today is a fast day, I want to get over 10,000 steps today x
03/07- 224.0- A good day yesterday, 11,000steps, 3200cals out, 600cals in. I feel so tired though, I was in bed at 10pm last night but yet again struggled to sleep and when I did then my 1yr old was up a lot feeling poorly bless him. This week I am averaging 6hr45min sleep which I just don't think is enough. Today my goals are to stay under my 1700cal goal, I'm not too bothered about steps but it would be nice to get above 7000, but if I need a nap whilst my baby is down il take it. Have a good day all X
03/08 - 224.8 - 12,000 steps, 3100cals out, 1550cals in. Wow got less than 6 hours sleep last night, my little man is still not quite right, at 4am he was determined to get up and out of bed. Today I am fasting and aiming for over 10,000 steps. A very veggie pasta for dinner tonight X
03/09- 222.8 - 12500steps, 3100cals out, 620cals in. Feeling tired again. Today I’m aiming to stay under 2000cals with 7000steps.
03/10- 224.2 - just shy of 6000steps, 2650cals out, 2800cals in. Urgh. Went a little overboard last night, do not feel good for it this morning. My week runs from Sunday to Saturday on my apps so my whole stats for last week were 70,000steps for the week (yay) 1400cals average a day in and 3000cals average a day out, according to Fitbit. I wouldn't take the calories burned too seriously though as they seem rather inflated but those are what my apps are telling me. A good week all in all, it would be nice if I was able to repeat it again.
03/11- 224.4 - 9300steps, 2800cals out, 2600cals in. I had another day where my eating was far from ideal, I shall have to try harder next weekend. Today is a fast day, I want to do 10,000 steps minimum today X
03/12- 224.0 - 17,500 steps, 3450cals out, 780cals in. I'll take it. Today my goal is to stay under 1900cals and to get 8000steps. Hopefully the scale will drop a little more tomorrow morning, I feel like I'm still retaining water from my terrible weekend X

Day/Weight/Comment
03/04 - 202.0 - Cycle day 4, adjusted macros
03/05 - 200.4 - so far, so good!
03/06 - 197.6 - this is typically where my weight rests, in the 5+/- this number. Ready to see -5 from here!
03/07 - 196.4 - I love how easily the weight drops at the beginning. I checked my glucose level this morning (my daughter has T1D) and I’m down 4-10 points, depending on the day I tested. Only 5 more to normal fasting glucose levels!!
03/08 - 195.8 - OMG!!! Fasting glucose of 92!! I really wasn’t expecting to see that this morning, but it’s confirmation for me that I’m doing the right thing. Being down 6.2 lbs isn’t so bad either!!
03/09 - 195.4 - Still doing good, still feeling good! I’ll be busy all day today, so probably limited time to even think about food!
03/10 - 194.2 - I was so tired by yesterday afternoon, but I think it was from the late night a couple of nights ago. I’m feeling satiated with the foods I’m eating and the scale is still heading downward. Win!!
03/11 - 194.8 - Well, I knew this was coming. I ate meatballs yesterday that my mom said were okay and, several meatballs in, my sister asked how she made them without grape jelly. Let’s just say that grape jelly isn’t keto and I expected to see a jump. 😬 I’m still feeling good and I’m still considerably lower than when the challenge started!
03/12 - 195.6 - Hopefully this is the last of the up from Sunday. I feel really good, and I learned the rest of my kata in martial arts last night, so that will give me something to work on at home for extra exercise!

Lowest weight: 122 (a year ago now -- felt great!!)
Goal weight: anything under 125! I feel so close!
3/04 -- 134.8 letting the dust settle from the weekend!
3/05 -- 134.0 Back to mindful eating! Power yoga tonight (75 minute class!) So maybe back to the 133's tomorrow...
3/6 -- 132.8 Making progress!
3/7 -- 132.3 I am so busy this week (I teach at a community college and it's the week before Spring Break -- so many things to get done!) that I'm literally not thinking about food. This is good! There are lots of cookies and muffins around -- this is bad! It's interesting -- if you just say "oh, I can't eat that!" and laugh, it's kind of empowering. I am in control of what I eat... no one else.
3/8 -- 132.2 Spring is coming -- you can feel it in the air (still cold, but sunny, and well, just a little springier out there! I am pleased with this round so far. Weekend plans all weekend, and of course they all involve eating and drinking with friends. I have to remember how close I am to wearing those summer clothes!
3/9 -- 132.2 No change -- I am aiming for 131! I am reading the Blue Zones Solution and Old in Art School (authors Dan Buettner and Nell Painter) over spring break -- they will keep me mindful! The Blue Zone Diet is really great -- I'm loving the four best beverages -- water, coffee, green tea, and red wine. I drink them all!
3/10-- no weigh in
3/11 -- 134.2 -- and I'm sorry to report that I deserve every bit of those two pounds that showed up. It was a wonderful wild weekend full of Guinness, Mimosas, pizza, chocolate cake (yep!), and even Shrimp and grits! It's a thing! Oh well -- I have morning power yoga, and a week of Spring Break to amend for my shameless choices this weekend.
3/12 -- 132.9 -- A little better... would like to end this round in the 131's.... 2-3 pounds a round would be great results! Yoga yesterday was amazing, btw!

5 March: 124 lbs * Quite the dramatic drop. And while technically my Round 70 'goal weight', I don't trust it'll stick around. Seems a bit too good to be true, but we'll see. Best of luck to everyone on the glorious and terrifying Pancake Day. I have calories put aside to indulge for dessert tonight!
6 March: 124 lbs * Day 3 of being in the 124s and I couldn't be happier. Very eager to see the elusive 123s! Since it was a food based day yesterday (Pancake Day!), I put 550 calories aside and ate a giant stack of homemade blueberry pancakes and maple syrup with my husband for dessert last night. This was an important day for me because I showed myself that I can participate in food related days/events without going over my calories and without derailing my progress.
7 March: 123.8 lbs * I'm super surprised about this weigh-in for a few reasons. First, I ate about 90% of my calories very close to my nightly eating cutoff of 8PM (homemade cheese and meat board night with my husband!). Second, I went over my daily calories by about 60 to have a piece of chocolate after all the delicious cheese. Third, my TOTM is due any day now and I've been feeling a bit bloated because of it. I felt everything was working against me and that I'd be up today, so I'm REALLY happy to see the scale go down and give me a taste of my 'ambitious round 70 goal'. Hello 123s! I hope I get to see you again tomorrow.
8 March: 124 lbs * TOTM arrived yesterday evening, so here's the slight gain I was anticipating. Feeling bloated and gross today, trying my hardest not to indulge in all the sweet things I used to eat for comfort. Made Nutella on toast for breakfast to keep the cravings at bay . Happy that the gain (if it can even really be counted as that) was so slight, I've had months where it was much, much worse than this. Staying positive and hoping to catch another glimpse of the 123s soon!
9 March: 123.5 lbs * Back to the 123s! I'm excited but also extremely surprised. TOTM was awful yesterday (still not great today) and I allowed myself to eat just a little under maintenance to help with the sluggishness I was feeling. And, let's be honest, I was craving ice cream. Just shows how unpredictable these daily fluctuations can be. Not sure if I'm eating at maintenance again today, I'm leaving the option open if I'm feeling particularly awful again.
10 March: 123.3 lbs * I didn't end up eating at maintenance again yesterday since I started feeling much better. TOTM cravings were running wild regardless. I wanted ice cream and pizza... so I ate it, stayed within my calories, and woke up to the scale having gone down a little this morning. Success! Before I started using MyFitnessPal, wanting pizza on a Saturday night meant eating a medium-large meat lovers pizza and a side by myself along with a litre of coke and more than likely some sort of high calorie sweet for dessert. Last night I enjoyed a small Hawaiian pizza with a glass of water and a 100ml tub of Häagen-Dazs and loved every bite of it! So happy I can keep these impulses in check and still treat myself. That feels like even more of a personal accomplishment than the actual weight loss.
11 March: 123.5 lbs * I did not drink enough water yesterday. Goal today is to have a glass with every meal and a few in between. TOTM is done at least! Really, really hoping I can stay in the 123s for the end of this round.
12 March: 122.8 lbs * I double checked this like 10 times because I thought for sure it was a mistake. I was so focused on the 123s I wasn't even thinking about the 122s, and here they are! Even if the fluctuations bring me back up a little tomorrow I'm still so excited to see a number this low.

@FarmerCarla -- this shrimp and grits had sundried tomatoes and the shrimp were lightly barbecued...it was delicious! And there was a pitcher of mimosas... they go well together! Who knew???5
