St. Patty's Day this weekend. As you know, I don't drink beer anymore and I don't drink those delicious mint green shakes at McDonald's either. Normally on St. Patty's these days, I would eat a corned beef brisket. But with my recent gall bladder removal, I'm not going to do that either.
Today would have been my dad's birthday if he was still alive.13 -

Sorry to hear about your dad. I lost my dad. December 27th was a year.
Today is my nephew’s birthday and it was also my grandmother’s birthday.

I took an alternate route through Western Iowa because many roads were closed. The route into NE and to the museum was just fine (basically just along I-80)1 -

How’s the couch to 5K going?
Its going so good! I am doing my 5th training run today and I've been so surprised at how I've been able to handle it. I've never done anything like this before and I'm really really happy with how its going.
