    This weekend is our neighbourhood blood drive fundraiser cookout for our neighbourhood Emergency Response Team, so we shall be going to support that and enjoy some sunrise yoga, taichi and Indie/Folk music with Bachata classes and band setting up later in the evening.

    What do you do?? I’m doing a 30 day ab challenge, I’m seeing small changes, but my abs are far from this!! Pointers appreciated... You look great!
