    Have been spending the last few days watching the CrossFit Games Online.

    Strained my back on Thursday doing Deadlifts, so I’m all taped up and recovering.

    The tape his helping a lot. More un-comfortable and tightness, than pain. Just gotta keep moving.

    Just be careful when you resume deadlifts.. bad pain sucks

    Just food and drinks last night. I was tame. My buddy was not and kinda made an *kitten* out of himself despite my efforts to rope him in.
