    Hey what’s everyone’s plans for workouts in order to slim down. Weights, cardio, tracking.....
    I’m lifting mostly free weights for the next several weeks and doing HIIT cardio along with tracking just about everything.

    I could use help with accountability too! I posted some starting pics and my weight on my page yesterday. Trying to lower my body fat % and eat less sugar! Add me as a friend if you want and help me stay on track so I can post progress pics and stats!

    Hey what’s everyone’s plans for workouts in order to slim down. Weights, cardio, tracking.....
    I’m lifting mostly free weights for the next several weeks and doing HIIT cardio along with tracking just about everything.

    I'm trying to generally be more active outside. Take hikes, ride my bike, work in the garden, etc. I do go on runs twice a week, but it's nothing intense. 35-40 minutes of jogging plus a cool down + stretch.

    Haven’t posted here for while. My holiday over Easter was amazeballs, but I gained 18lbs!!! How is that even possible :( Lost 8 of it then went away last week and put it back on...
    Now I must find the motivation to lose it again before our next holiday at the end of August.

    Great to read the successes in this thread :)

    Previous two weeks I didn’t track and had lots of celebrations, eating out and indulging. Scale showed it and went up a pound. Back on track this week and hoping for a 3lbs loss on Monday. Logging food is necessary for my weekly success I think.

    I’m in! I work outside so the hardest past has been finding consistency with my meals so I’ve added intermittent fasting into my life and it’s been great.
