03/14/19. 211.8#. Taking a one day break from working out today. Back at it tomorrow. Had a great day! Feeling good! Didn't stay under the recommended calories, but I stayed under 2,000. I'm pleased with that.
03/15 211.8#. I'm down 2.2# from last Friday. Workout-strength. It's Friday. Fasted most of the day.
03/16 210.2#. I'm 0.2# from my goal weight. This week I have been feeling so much better! I've had a cookie that wasn't home cooked, otherwise I'm at 13 days of not eating processed food. I worked out 5 days this week. Today will be #6.
03/17 210.6#. One thing I learned today: don't eat 2 servings of a new recipe and then figure out how many calories it is. Not good! If I figure in my exercise, I'm under 2,000 calories. Only 56 ounces of water today.
03/18 211#. Totally went nuts at supper. 3 servings of alfredo even after knowing the calories. No motivation for anything. Didn't work out today. Super lazy.

03/14 78.2kg maybe... Weirdness from the scale this morning. Bumped into the PE teacher yesterday as I was going for my late run and she took me up hills and all over!

Hi. My name is Trina. This is my eighteenth round. I mostly missed the last two rounds due to travel and appendicitis recovery. I'm back in the swing now, and ready to start logging my food again. I'd been really consistent on the food log since June, but didn't log while I traveled (did IF to keep calories in check), didn't bother logging while recovering from appendicitis because I had no appetite and my calories were to low to share . And then didn't log another week because my sister was here. This week I am running out of excuses, so I am getting back into the habit! Happy to say that I have met my original goal weight set in June and am just barely in the normal BMI range. I was not at all convinced I could do it when I started and expected it to take much longer! I have reset my goal weight to 135, to be more solidly in normal BMI, and am trying to remind myself that I should expect those last 10 pounds to be slow... Hope everyone has a great round!

03/14 142.5 Today was apparently a whoosh day, and yesterday was high. Would love to still be here (or even 142) in 10 days!
03/15 141.5 Surprised, but weighed a couple of times. My weight always bumps around! Skipped the gym today and just went for a walk. My abs are not quite back up to speed and I felt like I should probably give them a break. As another note. Today is an 11 year low weight. I haven't weighed this since I achieved weight watchers lifetime status in March, 2008. I think it took me 9 months to lose from 150 down to 142 and I did not manage to stick at that weight at all. This time it probably only took a month and a half and I feel much healthier, better, stronger (and not nearly as hungry!
03/16 142 Skipped the gym yesterday to give my sore intestines a break! Went for a 3 mile hilly walk and did 50 flights of steps at home. All in all met my 12,000 step goal with 100 flights of stairs per my fitbit.
03/17 141.5 I'm really liking this 10 days! Zumba in the morning followed by a 3 mile walk yesterday.
03/18 143.5 Within calories yesterday, but clearly too many brownies. They were yummy, but the carbs may have made me retain water. I was going to complain and then I noticed this was my round goal weight, since I started high.
03/19 142.5 Happy it came back down. Exercised pretty hard yesterday: 1 hour walk, 1 hour strength, 1 hour zumba. My gut didn't complain too much which was nice! Happy day everyone!

HDL is now 55 (not 39!!) 1st time ever! Daily walking did it. All cholesterol & triglyceride labs are perfect. Low bp etc etc. parathyroid is the best it’s been, well in normal range!!! I track everything I eat Every Day.

You shouldn't stress about small fluctuations in weight it is totally normal - differences in fluid/food intake, hormone changes, sleep pattern changes, stress levels, even bowel/bladder habits and more!! Look at the bigger picture and the trend of your weight - yours is downward, be positive keep at it, you will succeed if you keep consistent.
I use the Libra APP to track my daily weight trend, it also forecasts date of acheiving goal weight if weight loss trend stays consistent; it helps me.

03/14 96.9 Well that's a nice drop, no running etc at the moment as I am suffering with a viral infection. Sinuses are on fire and I feel like I'm going to cough up a lung soon! On the plus side I have zero appetite and it just tastes like cardboard when I eat…

03/14 - 209.6 - up 1.4. No idea why, but today I will be super good to get back to where I was. Very good food wise and plenty of brisk walking
03/15 - 208.2 - back to where I was. Not a lot of exercise today. And not at home so eating was a little off.
03/16 - 210.6 - omg where did that 2.4 lb come from? Was expecting to be up but 2.4lb? Food ok, exercise none!
03/17 - 208.6 - weighed later than usual. Food ok but no exercise again. Another day of eating on the run.
03/18 - 211.8 - back to the 208s again. Food was good. Plenty of water and a 7km walk around my couch to 5k.
03/19 - 208.6 - very good food and water. And I managed a yoga class and a brisk walk. Not a long walk but at least I made the choice of 25 mins walking while I was waiting instead of grabbing a quick coffee.

03/14 - 222.2 - Yesterday my stats were 14,600steps, 3200cals out, 600cals in. I only need about 7000-8000steps today to meet my weekly target of 70,000 so that's what I will be aiming for. My goal calorie wise is to stay under 1700cals today. Have a great day all X
03/15 - 223.6 - Yesterday stats were 7200steps, 2700cals out, 1650cals in. I feel very in control at the moment, today is a fast day and I am aiming for 10,000 steps or more. I want to stay more committed to my eating goals over the weekend, I am not going to fuss about steps but calories need to be 2000 or lower on both days X
03/16 - 222.0 - 18,500 steps, 3600cals out, 880cals in. I was hoping to atleast be in the 221.xx range today, Owel even more incentive to eat well today so I'm not then struggling with excess water. Today's goals are just to stay under 2000cals, I only need another 3500steps today so I can complete my week on 80,000steps but I will easily achieve that so not much point setting it as a goal. 03/17 - 223.2 - 4500 steps, 2500cals out, 2300cals in. Not a good day yesterday, not only was I very lazy but I didn't even stick to my calorie goals. Today is the first day of a new week on my apps, last week I finished on 80,900steps, 1480cals on average in a day, 3020cals on average out a day. I'm very happy with that, hopefully I will see a drop on the scales some time before the end of this challenge X
03/18 - 221.4 - 10,777 steps, 2950 cals out, 2500cals in. Still way over on calories. Today is a fast day, aiming to do atleast 10,000 steps. Chicken chow mien for dinner tonight X
03/19 - 221.0 - 15,580 steps, 3400cals out, 1250cals in, not the fast day I had planned, my ex was putting me through a lot of stress (I mean when isn't he lately? But this was even worse than usual) and I just gave into my emotions, had a little meltdown, ate some chocolate and cheese and then went and laid in bed unable to get to sleep for hours and then even when I did sleep it was very light and broken. Not feeling great today, I have given into his harassment and bullying again just to get him to leave me alone but feeling very tired and emotionally drained today, I need to try to not let that affect my eating though. 03/20 - 222.6 - 7750 steps, 2700cals out, 2150cals in. Not ideal food, I just felt so tired. Still didn't get a good nights sleep last night and because I didn't do a lot of anything yesterday I have a fair amount to do round the house. Today is a fast day, I am going to stick to it strictly.

I don’t make a goal to lose here; I see how much I can lose within the 10 days. I do have goals and am on number 3. I don’t count this as completed until 210 or under.
My Goal 3 is to be 210 for March 29th – I will accomplish this ahead of time. I have other goals but have to reevaluate them, due to the weight already loss.

03/15 - 210.0 – met my March 29th goal of weighing 210. I have to reevaluate goals today (was waiting for this weigh-in to do this).
03/16 210.6 – no complaints or explanations just moving onto the next day! I finally got new bands for my tracker a couple days ago and yesterday walked over 11,000 steps for me that is a lot.
03/17 – 209.8 my scale is screwy this morning, every time I stepped on it, it was a different weight all lower (207.2, 209.4), the last time I stepped it shot up to 210.8 (I know this amount is not correct), so I took the first one when stepped on the scale (the weight you see), I hate this scale really liked my first one, but it seems off since my hubby fixed it.

03/19 – 209.4 Surprised by this but I shouldn’t be, because started the day out by eating cookies, and it went down from there even though within my calories and a lot of exercise and movement so would not show on the scale my bad choices.
03/20 – 209.8 I can’t keep dwelling on it, this morning. I must let it be what it is and figure out what I am doing wrong. I am under calories always, I exercised more the past couple days, and got my 10,000 steps in, drink lots of water.

03/14 - 274.4 - Had a great PT session last night. My trainer really pushed me and I upped quite a few of my weights on some lifts. I also joined the gym yesterday so I can do my training another day during the week. I am out on Saturday night so i'm trying to save a few hundred calories here and there so I don't go over my weekly calorie goal.
03/15 - 274 - So achy from Wednesdays PT session! It's just over 9 weeks till my cousins wedding and I told myself I was going to complete the C25K before it. So going to start that with some friends tonight. Got a busy busy weekend this weekend. Up first thing tomorrow to get the horses done, PT session at 9, meeting up with friends at 10:30 for breakfast, at a 1st birthday party in the afternoon and then an engegement party at night! Hope I can track my food and alcohol for the day! Started the C25K

Last round got off to a difficult start but I had a woosh at the end and exceeded my goal by 2 pounds.
I'm setting my new goal at 153
This round I'm going to concentrate on staying really hydrated, getting lots of sleep, keeping up my 5 gym days and avoiding wheat/potatoes.
3/14- 154.6 starting the round with a new low! Recovering today from two heavy exercise classes back to back yesterday. I might need to pace myself as today I've been feeling quite weak.
3/15 - 153.6 (-1#) I wasn't expecting this drop and am thrilled because it puts me into the 10 stone bracket, just! Going out to dinner tonight though so I expect it'll go back up.
3/16 - 154.4 (-0.2#) yep, as expected, its back up a bit. Did an exercise class so that gave me some flexibility with calories for the meal out. I managed to stay within my calories by choosing wisely. It was an Indian restaurant so choosing something without tons of oil is tricky but I went for chicken shashlik and alcohol free beer. Going to cinema tonight so that's going to be another challenge! I won't drink again tonight as it makes it so much easier to make food choices!
3/17 - 154.6 (-0#) another tricky day yesterday, went shopping and had lunch at pizza hut. Had a flatbread pizza and a couple of bowls of salad but stuck to vegetables with French dressing. Cinema in the evening, had a few crisps and chocolates but not much. No gym but stayed within calories.
3/18 - 155 (+0.4#) yuk, no-one likes a gain! Did two exercise classes back to back yesterday and was quite tired afterwards so ended up taking a nap. I was feeling sore and drained in the evening so had a mini binge on some biscuits. Carby day! Five more weigh ins to get down 2#!
3/19 - 153.4 (-1.2#) yay back down again and a new low! Didn't workout yesterday but had a very physically demanding day clearing out the garage and fitting my new workshop. Crashed out in the evening and had two blackberry muffins for dinner! (Can't resist my daughter's baking) still feeling quite worn out today. Going to visit an old friend which is lovely but she always makes a cake so I may be having cake for lunch!
3/20 - 152.6 (-2#) I think I just lost a shed load of water weight as I have been feeling achy and tired and yesterday I was peeing a lot! Didn't end up visiting my friend so was able to eat carefully. However I had a mini binge on a white bread roll with butter and a beer. Oops!
Haven't been to the gym since Sunday as I've just not felt recovered enough and it's getting me down. Also I'm concerned that a large part of my weight loss it's muscle loss as I feel like I'm losing strength and my biceps/upper arms have shrunk quite rapidly, this is not good.

03/15 – 187.0 – So excited with this after the last round. I just need to keep recorded all food, drinking my water, and no alcohol.
03/16 – 187.4 – really glad to stay below 188 because I had wine and pizza last night. Didn’t go over calories to much but I still did ate more than I should have
03/17 – no scale and I didn’t eat right. I was out of town with family. We did do a long hike.
03/18 – 187.6 – still ok with this after the weekend’s eating. Back on track today.

03/14 – 142 – Holding steady which is a surprise due to my stress snacking lately.
03/15 – 142.5 – There’s the snacking. It could also just be some water weight, it happens all the time.
03/16 – 142 – Yesterday was such a crazy day I had no time to pack food for work or cook at home. I drove through the drive thru at McDonalds and got an egg mcmuffin w/o Canadian bacon for breakfast, a co-worker grabbed lunch at Chick-fil-a and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, then my sick husband wanted pizza for supper so I ate one piece. Although I’m surprised the sodium/carbs didn’t hit this morning, I have to say my choices and quantities are better than I would have made before I started my weight loss last year. I know I could have ordered salads, but all in all it wasn’t a terrible calorie day and I felt satisfied.
03/17 - 143.5 - I knew it might take a couple days to show up! I'll be so glad when tax season is over and I can get back to a normal life.
03/18 – 144.5 – I wish I could say this was due to a fun night of partying last night. I know I didn’t eat enough to gain over 2 pounds so hopefully sticking to my weight loss calories and drinking plenty of water will get me back to the middle of my maintenance range by the end of the week.

Reasonably good end to the round, happy with that, especially with shark week turning up a couple of days early this month, so cravings kicked in over the weekend. Onwards and downwards!

Had a maintenance day yesterday on account of shark week, managed to squash in a pizza and a muffin. Much lighter day today will be grabbing a chicken salad sandwich from deli for lunch and having veggie curry this evening. Off to Denmark in the morning, taking advantage of the long weekend (St Patricks Day bank holiday)so won't be back here til Tuesday. I'll weigh in, in the morning as normal but won't be around to update it as I use my work computer for this challenge. Hope everyone has a lovely weekend.

Had a lovely time in Denmark, lots of walking, exploring museums and the local area in Aarhus. Back to work today, so plenty more walking and plan to do some strength training this evening.10 -

3/19=179.8 I lost a few days ??It's OK going down again.Doing a fast with a friend,not as difficult as I expected.
