    I am in your shoes exactly, only a little older. People my age aren't at the clubs anymore. I actually haven't figured out where they hang out. maybe they are all home with their wives. ha ha. Dancing was always my ice breaker too, so I'm forced to talk to people, which is so scary!
    Talking is my icebreaker. Dancing is scary! Ahhhhhh!

    I think your skill set will get you much further in life

    I highly recommend meetup.com if you need to expand your circle of friends. I'm real good at being single, but I've been enjoying some relationships lately.

    I'm not actively looking for it. I'd rather focus on my diet and just take care of myself for a while. With that being said if someone was interested I'd probably completely change my mind lol.

    Are not we all reasonably attractive? Active and intelligent? Hmm. . maybe we're single because we keep doing the things that keep us single. . . I need to figure out what those things are and not do those things.

    Eh, I suck at being single. Women just aren't interested in me. I am considering purchasing a second home in the friend zone, seeing as how I pretty much live there anyway. So for now, I just concentrate on aquiring aeshtetics. Maybe in a couple years when I am closer to my goal physique I will put forth some effort and have more luck. Until then, I am being extremely picky and possibly ask out the occasional woman that meets my pretty much unrealistic standards if she crosses my path. Short of that, put no effort into dating.

    I must admit i do quite like being single, all my attention goes on my 5 year old daughter which she loves, as she lives with me it also makes it easier to do whatever we want whenever we want. Ive had brief relationships but i always end up feeling trapped, maybe i havent found the one yet?

    Welcome back! I've been divorced for 7 years and was in a relationship for almost 4 & been single for 2 years. My struggle is finding balance. I have desire to meet someone but when I do its hard to find time for the BF, the kids, work, myself, working out etc. And I lost myself in my first marriage and don't want that to happen again. But I figure when the timing is right & the right guy comes along, it will all balance out! Until then, I'm just having fun doing my own thing & its kinda nice!

    Yeah at first it was great to have all the dead weight removed, great to get myself back into gear, great to heal. 3 years later...meh. Ready to finally find the real deal.
