Not lost a pound in 2 weeks

In fact, I have gone up one lb. Yes, I am measuring EVERYTHING on a scale. I am working out 6 days a week, and maintaining anywhere from a 500-1000 calorie deficit. I wear a fitbit but generally subtract 200 or so cals because I know it can be inaccurate. I have been drinking almost a gallon of water a day. Cardio/ weights/ yoga. 1200-1500 calories a day, and before you suggest this isn’t accurate, it is. I am measuring/ weighing everything I put in my mouth and only eating at home. Also, no booze. In the past I have lost on low carb but have tried to stick to the theory of cals in cals out and just keep my macros balanced. I am working with a trainer who even seemed a little baffled why I’m not losing. A little bit of complex carbs and fruits but mainly protien and veggies, good fats. I am beyond frustrated as I have 30 lbs or so to lose, and I am literally busting my butt ( I fell in yoga the other day)

@TavistockToad water weight from what? I am eating nothing processed, hardly using salt, no booze, staying well hydrated.

@TavistockToad so increased exercise is hindering my weight loss? Not sure what I can do about the hormones bit.

@sardelsa measurements have been the same for a month. I feel like I am doing this for nothing. I have no social life. Not going out to bars/ dinners. I literally work out and cook/ meal prep.

@SusieBanyon I am using the scale for pretty much everything except for seasoning where I use measuring spoons.

@TavistockToad shouldn’t my measurements be changing then? They haven’t changed at all.

@TavistockToad I have lost 4 lbs in about 5 weeks

@SusieBanyon I just mean “cheat” in reference to your exotic food question. These were splurge items for me. I have been trying avoid dairy and most starches as I find I get bloated.

@SusieBanyon I was concerned about the stall. Two weeks seems like a long time to see no change.

This is a very good idea. I am much less stressed about "seeing results" now that I track my trending weight.
