2nd Round for me.
R71 SW 161, EW 159.4
R72 SW 158.6 GW 157 something
Original start weight 180 (April 2018). Stopped trying in September (153.4) and back up to 161 (March 2019)
UGW 140 (end of July hopefully)
03/24 158.6 happy with this as weekend eating is so out of routine.
03/25 158.0 surprised by this but I made some good choices yesterday and drank tons of water
03/26 157.2
03/27 157.0 Happy with this. Don’t want to lose too fast.
03/28 156.0
03/29 156.0 happy with that. Going out for a big meal tonight.
03/30 157.6 Not surprised.
03/31 155.8
04/01 155.8 👍
04/02 155.2 surpassed goal!! Accountability is helping so on to Round 7314 -
SW=240.5
Goal= a loss for round 72
03/24 Sunday 240.5
Did spend some time being active outdoors today.
03/25 Monday 237.4
Tracked all my food today for the first time since starting this challenge in the last round. Always seem to end up around 14% protein instead of 20%. Tried PB Fit peanut powder mixed with water on toast and liked it.
03/26 Tuesday 237.4
03/27 Wednesday 233.2
03/28 Thursday 233.0
Maybe things will start settling down from some crazy water weight loss. It's a major achievement that I have been tracking and not overeating this week.
03/29 Friday 236.6
Feeling optimistic, like I can do this. Don't want to get ahead of myself, but would love to be able to wear some of the clothes in my closet that are currently too small! My hardest days are going to be my days off. I work Mon-Thurs, so have 3 of those to contend with each week...
03/30 Saturday 232.6
03/31 Sunday 232.6 . Went over my goal by about 500 calories yesterday. Had a couple of deficits earlier in the week, it's going to take a while for me to figure out how to manage my work day/ off day calorie balance. Did make my protein goal before going over on calories. Tried the Sprouts chocolate whey protein and it wasn't great. Have a few other samples to try.
04/01 Monday 233.9 . Went to Pizza Street with the kids yesterday, all-you-can-eat pizza buffet. Let's just say I ate all I could. 😳 Managed to do pretty well the rest of the day, but definitely expected to be up today. Back to work today, thank goodness!
04/02 Tuesday 232.1 .

04/02 - 156.3 - Well, I'm back to my start weight/R71 end weight. But its better than a gain considering how I've felt this entire round. I think there were only a couple of days I didn't feel sick/nauseous so maintenance is good. Water was better yesterday, but not back to my normal 75oz yet. Hopefully today I'll be a little closer to it. Didn't pack lunch today so I'm wondering how lunch will go. Guess we will find out

CW 3/26: 184
R72 Goal: 183
Next Milestone: 181.2 (30% toward goal)

Weekly Goals:
1200 calories + what I work out only!
drink 3 liters of water a day
lift weights 3x and streaming spin class work out 3x
try a yoga class at a nearby gym - eek! trying new things is so awkward.
The plan!!: Planned out calories and meals for the weekdays already. Just have to follow them and meet my work out goals. We're going away to Austin kid-free Saturday night (WOO!!), so I'm trying to really crush my goals this week so I don't have to deprive myself on Saturday, (but also don't want to totally derail!!) Lol. Planning to lift weights before we leave Sat and hope to walk a lot from the hotel to offset. Planned my meals/calories for the week and for the vacay, I'm thinking about packing healthy travel snacks for the drive and trying to order alternating vodka sodas and just plain sodas or light beers when we go to bars and, (since our friend we're visiting loves barbecue) I'll try and do smoked turkey or chicken with some safer sides. Wish me luck!
Day/Weight/Comment
03/24 - Recovering from stomach bug my son shared with me (Didn't weigh in.)
03/25 - 183.3 - Survived hormone induced chocolate bowl at work freak out and almost stayed under cal goal. Tracked all (6!) pieces I ate and moved on. First TOM since starting tracking and trying not to get discouraged if my numbers go up. Also drinking extra water. Short dog walk the only exercise I felt up for.
03/26 - 184.0 - Lifted weights over lunch. Definitely feeling weak from being sick, but feel so good after working out. Signed up for my first yoga class in a couple years for tomorrow night. Excited, but def nervous too.
03/27 - 184.4 - Not sure why it's trending up, but I know it is my TOM. Also I had a big drop when I had the tummy bug so my loss a few days ago was not realistic/accurate. Still down from last week for sure. CAN NOT GET DISCOURAGED! Dropping off my car to get new tires over lunch and walking 30 minutes back to the office. There's a nice little trail most of the way back that I usually walk on at lunch anyway. Hubby offered to come get me, but I'd rather challenge myself with the exercise! Yoga/Pilates class tonight was really cool! Looking forward to going back soon.
03/28 - 184.7 - Ugh. Really trying to not get discouraged. I'm making progress and doing all the right things. Hanging in there for sure, it's just frustrating! Lifting weights over lunch. Dog walk with the family in the evening.
03/29 - 183.5 - Yay! Going to walk a bit over lunch and *try* to do a streaming spin class after work. Not sure if I will have time.
03/30 - 182.6 - Worked out first thing on our way out of town. Pretty much blew it the rest of the night but I don't want to be too hard on myself. At least we walked a lot.
03/31 - No scale at the hotel. Ate ok, but snacked a little poorly on the road. Daugter got sick while we were gone so we had to go to urgent care. This kept me from doing my usual meal planning and cooking so we picked up some food. Another not so great day, but that's life sometimes.
04/01 - Honestly I was just scared to see where I was at, and busy home with a sickly baby. Dog walk was my only exercise.
04/02 - 183.2 - Finally braved the scale. Not too bad. Planned all my healthy meals for the week and looking forward to working out after work. Looking forward to the next round and not doing any traveling or misbehaving anytime soon. HA!
Overall, 2.4 loss. I will take it and be glad!14 -

Day/Weight/Comment
03/24 205.5 Had barn day yesterday. Put in almost 13k steps but probably negated it with Mexican lunch and a huge margarita. Need to start daily bike riding or walking again.
03/25 DNW I was running late this morning (on purpose) and was dressed before I realized I hadn’t weighed in. Need to track, track, track to get myself back in the habit.
03/26 206.7 Stressed out to the max. Do really good with eating at work but lose absolute control at home. Never fails. First horse show of the year starts next Wednesday. Let’s hope my chaps fit. Ugh!
03/27 209.5 Let's try this again. I had already posted for today but apparently my Dad's laptop has a mind of it's own and I lost it all. I weighed in this morning in my work uniform. It was just easier than zooming downstairs in my skivvies and then going back up to get ready for work. It'll even itself out as I get into a routine. I am still not logging 100% of what I put in my mouth but I am always a work-in-progress.
03/28 207.? So I use a Fitbit Aria scale and I noticed that it did not sync my weight from this morning. But I swear I saw 207 something so I'll take that. Last night I did get OUTSIDE for a 1-mile walk. It felt GREAT to be outside and I cannot wait to do it again. It's supposed to be warmer today but I think it's going to rain. Boo! I did better on my tracking until I grabbed that cookie on my way up to bed. Grandma being at our house has REALLY stressed me out. She does NOT shut up while we sit quietly and watch evening television. Unfortunately, my ability to just tolerate or tune her out has decreased enough that I just want to lash out at her and then it gets ugly. Then all I want to do is eat! Ugh! #FamilyProblems
03/29 - 207.3 Thursday I went outside and walked again after dinner out with my girlfriends. It felt GREAT to be outside. I'm really looking forward to warm weather. My knee was pretty upset with me but I'm going to start small and build up. No running!
03/30 208.6 I actually ate a full sleeve of thin mints the past 2 days so thank goodness those are all gone. The sushi that I had on Thursday night usually causes water retention so I'm okay with the gain. No walking Friday night. It was raining after work and honestly I was in bed by 7pm and OUT!! Woke up at 1am, turned off my bedroom lights, and went back to sleep.
03/31 208.2 Saturday was barn day. We have our first show next week (Thurs to Sun). I rode Spark and Lego since I am showing both of them. Then we had our friend Mary (who is a yoga instructor) come to the barn and we all did an hour of yoga. I didn't eat the best but I did a ton of exercise so hopefully that evens things out.
04/01 207.6 Sunday was a very LAZY day. No exercise. Hardly any tracking. Mostly sleeping and heating pad. I woke up pretty sore (back) and just didn't feel like doing anything. I didn't even watch the NCAA basketball games. I have 3 LONG days at work this week and then "move in" at the horse show Wednesday night. I have 2 horses to show so I'm sure my Fitbit will get plenty of steps to record and I'll probably get very little sleep. My goal is to weigh less on Monday morning. It is possible.
04/02 207.0 Monday was a good day. I ate well and stayed UNDER my calorie goal but I did not exercise. I worked a 10-hour shift, went to get new tires after work, and it was after 8pm by the time I even got home to make dinner. Ready for the next round.13 -

I am a 50 year old 5'5" woman. I am trying to get healthier to avoid diabetes and all of the problems that come from being overweight.
I have found this challenge to be both rewarding and frustrating! Looking at my weight daily has been a real eye opener to see all of the fluctuations and how a high carb day will affect me and the loss for 2-3 days after. I have been participating in this challenge since Round 40 My average loss/gain since Round 40 to 63 is a 0.5lb loss each round. This was better than I expected!

Great job everyone! I loved reading your end results, it was all so inspiring!
I did not have a great last round. TOM completely botched it but I am very motivated to get started again after a weekend getaway where I ate and drank a lot. Let’s hope for a new low this week! Good luck everyone!

03/24 - No Scale (driving back from Vegas today without a weigh in this morning. I went to bed last night (or this morning) at 445am and I’m exhausted! Friday and Saturday I walked 25000 steps EACH day and I’m not sure how I still have feet! I count those two days as active so I hope the scale isn’t too bad tomorrow morning with all the food I had.)
03/25 - 200.6 (I'm happy I only gained a whole pound during my weekend away, which is a first for me. I usually gain around 5 pounds! All that walking truly helped. Last night I took naps and relaxed so I'm able to wake up to go to work so I did not do a workout. I had some Mandarin chicken, rice and broccoli for dinner last night.)
03/26 -199.4 (I officially lost all the weight I gained from my weekend getaway and it only took a day Last night I did a 20 minute elliptical HIIT workout. I was supposed to do a core workout last night too, but I was too busy grocery shopping, making dinner and helping the hubby study for his macroeconomics test that's due this week. I made some Philly cheesesteak pitas with chips for dinner last night!)
03/27 - 198.6 (The scale is going in the right direction! I've been having issues with a canker sore that has really been painful and difficult to eat. I stayed on target last night with my calories even though I really didn't want to eat since it's the side that I usually put food at. It really is difficult to eat on the other side! I made pasta with sauce and a poppyseed chicken casserole. I also did a 45 minute elliptical workout. It was difficult to push through yesterday!)
03/28 -198.2 (I had a great day yesterday! Ate on my plan and had some relaxation for the middle of the week. I did a core workout that I was supposed to do on Monday and had dinner ready in the crockpot. I made some chicken tacos with black beans. I'm hoping tomorrow I can make my goal since I'm so close!)
03/29 - 197.0 (TGIF!! Amirite?!? I made my goal!!! My Happy Scale finally looked happy and I am so excited to get going on my next goal! Usually I weigh less every Friday so I hope I still have a lower weight on Tuesday, which may be an issue from weekend weight gain. We'll see how it goes! Last night, I was stuck in the middle of the high desert in SoCal coming home from work because of a huge accident that blocked the road. I didn't have time to make the dinner I had planned. My hubby went to Subway and got me a sandwich and I shortened my workout from 45 minutes to 20. At least I got something in!)
03/30 - 197.0 (I ate so much last night on date night with the hubby, but I planned it out! Half a burger and fries, chips and salsa and half dessert. I opted for water so I don’t drink my calories too. No workout last night since I was exhausted from a long week. I’m so happy seeing this number again!)
03/31 -199.0 (I went to a LA Dodgers game last night (Woohoo for that win!) and I had quite a few treats last night, but all planned and did a 30 minute strength training workout during the day. I had an unplanned glass of wine last night with my girlfriends since one of their moms passed away yesterday morning...it's not an easy thing for a 25 year old to go through. I'm still at a deficit which is good! It's almost the end of the challenge, so I hope it ends up being a great result!)
04/01 - 198.6 (Yesterday was a very successful day for me. I had a 45 minute elliptical workout and ate some asparagus, roasted potatoes and a pork chop for dinner last night. I had a deficit yesterday and weighed in 2 pounds less than last Sunday. We'll see if I can make the goal by tomorrow even though I already made it in Happy Scale and I'm moving toward my next goal )
04/02 - 197.6 (I didn't make my goal by the end of the round, but I did surpass it during the round. That still is a win for me...2 pounds down! 21.6 pounds overall...last night I did a 25 minute elliptical HIIT workout and had some Trader Joe's Chinese food which is a life saver when you're not in a mood to cook a full meal...especially on a Monday! Super excited for the next round!)15 -

I made my trend line goal!!! 🤸♀️
Saturday was so lovely. My parents came down and brought my grandpa and their elderly basset hound Molly. At this point I do think I want to gain weight or maintain so I gave myself permission to eat whatever I wanted. Spicy guacamole cheeseburger was delicious! I ate half and my side was a Cesar salad instead of fries. And I drank half my beer. We walked around the creek with Molly since it was a perfect day and then had frozen yogurt. I didn't hold back on the toppings! After they left I plugged everything in to MFP, I had eaten 2,044 calories! Welcome to maintenance! Haha. But I was over my goal so when I went out dancing Saturday night I vowed to "stay sober", I.e. no liquid calories. And according to my Fitbit (and my scale apparently) my exercise calories ended up evening it all out! Yay! Victory!
03/25 133.2 t = 135.2
I need to keep reminding myself "I don't want to lose anymore weight, I don't want to lose anymore weight..." I don't need the dopamine fix of the scale going down. I need the fix of the scale going up! At least to 135 where I felt better. Today I vow to eat to my goal of 1720!
03/26 133.2 t = 134.9 😺
Cal in: 1747; Cal out: 1920. I am super surprised I haven't gained anything since increasing my cals. I am going to check the batteries in my scale later today. I ran out of my go to snack yesterday (Atkins pb bars) and I ordered a replacement but it's a different brand (Pure Protein) and they don't arrive until tomorrow.
03/27 132.4 t = 134.6
1800 cals in; 1987 cals out. I don't understand why the scale went down, it has fresh batteries. But I'm not complaining. Today I will eat 1900 cals!
By 4:30pm yesterday I was only at 700 cals, so I needed to eat over 1000 before bed. So instead of panic, I went to the grocery store to get ideas. I wanted high cal, low sodium. I ended up making myself a steak salad with lots of goddess dressing, and for dessert I had raspberry truffle Haagen-Dazs ice cream and I added 100 grams of real raspberries to give me extra fiber to pass all this food in the morning, haha! Oh and I started my TOM yesterday.
3/28 132.4 t = 134.3
1777 cal in; 1725 cal out
I was not very hungry yesterday and consequently had a hard time sticking to that 1900 cal goal. But on the other hand I was pretty sedentary (only 3,700 steps). So, maybe my appetite is tightly attuned to my activity level? Wouldn't that be nice 🙃 As long as I only ate when I was hungry (and not emotional/bored 🙄🙊) this would be easy 😂
Overall I'm really feeling great! And I hope to go for a jog later today and eat my 1900 cals!
2/29 132.8 t = 134.1 😃
1902 cal in; 1929 cal out ✔️
I ended up doing a super short jog last night when the rain stopped. It was nice but today I am sore. Last night I wasn't hungry for the 1900 cals but I really don't want to lose anymore weight so I ended the night with more raspberry truffle Haagen-Dazs ice cream! That stuff is calorie dense and delicious, it makes it easy to add an extra 450 cals at the end of the day! Although I did go to sleep full which was weird.
Today maybe I will try to have a bigger breakfast.
3/30 133.4 t = 134
1963 cal in; 2021 cal out ✔️
There's that jump in the scale I was expecting from food bulk in NY system! But I'm not worried for two reasons A) I know it's physically impossible to gain a pound of fat from the amount of calories I'm consuming/burning in three days. I'm still at the bottom of my maintenance range, gaining is good!
(Part of me does want to end the round at a loss, but I know that has to end sometime since I'm in maintenance 😂).
Yesterday was really good activity wise. I had a long walk and did 50 min of yoga.
3/31 132.8 t = 133.8
1775 cal in; 1953 cal out
Yesterday was such a nice day. It was 70 degrees so we just went and sat in the sun at the park. Today I have an interview with a new family to work for so I'm getting excited for that! I'd also like to go for a jog later to enjoy this beautiful day.
Tonight I'll be staying in a hotel room as I'm gonna go help my friend with baby-sitting while she's in meetings tomorrow. I'm super excited as her child seems very sweet.
4/1 133.6 t = 133.8
2493 cals in; 1993 cals out
This hotel is fancy AF. We are in wine country and it shows. The hotel room has a scale! Hopefully it's accurate 😂
Super surprised I didn't gain more. Last night was the biggest meal I've had since I started my journey in January. I ordered and ate all of a bacon avocado cheese burger and side of fries and drank my whole glass Pinot Gricio.
4/2 134.4 t = 133.9
2,052 cals in; 2,047 cals out.
I've been told on the maintenance boards that now I'm supposed to look at my trend for indication of weight success and over this 10 days my trend went from 135.7 to 133.9, a 1.8 pound change. So I see this as a success.
After eating out every meal for a day and a half I'm happy to be home. Just all of that guestimating, it gets overwhelming. But it's so delicious and I'm happy I'm not depriving myself. I want to enjoy as much of life as possible.
All in all it was a great way to end round 72.
From now on just to give myself peace of mind I'm going to end each round with reporting my 10 day average. And the mark of success is that number being within my goal range.

Aww, come on. Ppffftttttt.
03/25 - 149.6
Still struggling a bit with evening snacking, but at least they're not sugar. Working on it.
03/26 - 149.6
It's a beautiful, sunny day here. Off to the Y for weights and then a walk outdoors. Yay!
03/27 - 149.6
Okie dokie. Hangin' out here for a few days. No problem. My crocuses are starting to bloom, birds are courting and building nests in my nest boxes, and the cold wind feels like Spring cold, not winter. All is well.
03/28 - 150.2
Too much salt yesterday and not enough water or exercise.
03/29 - 149.6
The bad news - I'm not dropping the weight I regained Nov-March. The good news - I'm averaging more calories than seems possible and seem to have hit a balance point, suggesting that my metabolism is faster from regular exercise + a little more muscle. So I'm working at cutting my calories a bit, but also feel pretty optimistic that I''ll drop the weight when the weather settles into "lovely outside" and I get back to my long walks, some hikes, and putting in a new perennial+annuals garden (we moved in a year ago May and our backyard is a blank slate). I still have some pain and stiffness from PMR, but feel MUCH better than I did all last summer and fall. I have to get blood work next week to check my inflammation levels again, but can't help but think they're down since I feel so much better. I see a new rheumatologist April 8, which should be interesting. I'm still determined not to take prednisone, at least not long term. So now I'm off to the gym and then to look for paint to paint a garden bench. Thinking some luscious shade of violet. Have a lovely weekend, friends! Oh - and look who has moved into my front porch! House finches.
03/30 - 149.6 - 10-day ave 1679
Yesterday was a good day food wise, though I did skip the gym. But I went shopping (rare for me) and walked quite a bit. I'm getting back to tracking my 10-day calorie average, which served me well before and, like weight trends, makes more sense than daily numbers. I just joined a walking/hiking challenge run by our city & county parks, local land trust, and a couple other organizations - hike 10 of 14 designated trails and earn a thingy to fasten to a walking stick or wherever. I'm going to try to get in all of last year's trails as well, plus I'm challenging myself to hike at least one day at each of most of our beautiful state parks (I figure since some are a pretty good drive, those will be two-dayers!). This round may be a wash (again), but next round! Yeah, baby! So happy to see Spring, even if today is gloomy rainy. Happy weekend, all!
03/31 - 149.6 - 10-day ave ~1600
Snow! We got snow last night! But the rest of the week will be 50s+, so ok.
04/01 - 150.6 - 10-day ave 1750
Yep. I ate too much salty stuff yesterday, & too much generally. My bad. Off to the Y, and if it warms up this afternoon, I'm going to go for a long walk on the Rivergreenway. I have a spring feverish urge to add lots of color to my house and yard! We moved in last spring and inherited rather dull paint colors (I am not a beige person) and I'm really starting to burn to paint rooms. I saw a pic last night of a bathroom painted a GORGEOUS shade of red violet. Oooooh! But I've also been thinking tangerine. Something happy to wake me up in the morning!
04/02 - 150.8 - 1-day ave 1898
Some restart. Oh well. Yesterday's calories were fine, but my average is skewed high by two very high days out of the 10. But onward. See you at R73.

03/24 - 177.5 My body must love to weigh 177 pounds because I've been around here for 40 damn days. Demotivating. I know it's a plateau and I'll get through it, it's my mantra these days.
03/25 - 176.3 Well that's nice for a change. I didn't walk all weekend and at around 1700 calories (adjusting for exercise) for the last week. Now that I'm finally down a tiny bit, do I keep with the 1700 or do I go back down?
03/26 - No scale Travel time again. Drove over last night, stopped at the Katy Trail for a 3 mile walk. It was beautiful. I walked over the Missouri river that is very high, several dams have broken north of here. I took some pics. I'm going to check it again when I drive home tomorrow, see how high its gotten in 2 days. I ended up at 1445 yesterday. MFP tells me 1440 is my calorie goal, so pretty darn close. NSV ALERT: I tried wrapping one of the tiny hotel towels around me and it went around me. I was able to tuck in the corner and half my body wasn't exposed - nothing was exposed. I've been so frustrated with this process this felt like a big win. Gym tonight and and three + on the trail tomorrow. Even if I'm not losing weight I have to be healthier with all this exercise.
03/27 - No Scale Yesterday went well work wise, calorie wise, and exercise wise. Can't ask for more than that. The weather was so nice that I went for a walk instead of weights at the gym. It was a little less interesting than walking over a flooded river but still neat. I got a good pic of the sun through some flooded woods. Every creek/lake is high so there is water everywhere. I know I'm up today, I can tell by the way my rings fit - I'm retaining water. Between travel and eating out (sodium bombs everywhere) I cannot seem to stop retaining water.
03/28 - 175.5 Nobody speak too loudly, I'm at my round goal with 5 days left. Maybe if we're quiet I won't go back up significantly. I did not end up walking on the bridge but instead waited until I got home and walked with an old friend. We had a nice easy stroll. I'm down and happy about it. Supposed to rain tonight so I'll go do weights at the gym.
03/29 - 175.7 I'm not sweating it and neither should you I was low on calories yesterday and ended up walking again. I swear it's the gym and weights tonight. The rain that was supposed to start last night held off. I can go to the gym either tonight or tomorrow because it's supposed to rain all day today and tomorrow. I'm going to try to do yard work on Sunday. I got an estimate to clear downed branches and limbs - $600!!! So instead I'm having my friends and family over for a yard cleaning party. Pizza, fruit, and chainsaws, I know how to party!!!! I decided to change my MFP setting to a moderately active lifestyle. That upped my calories to 1640. Since I lost at 1700 I think it might be ok. We'll see.
03/30 - 176.5
03/31 - 176.7
04/01 - 176.7 I'm stuck. I didn't post all weekend but I did weigh in each day. I did not have my laptop and dislike posting on the phone. I'm still hopeful for a drop tomorrow. TOM came as expected to throw me off at the end of the round. I took a short walk yesterday and plan on a good 3+ today. I ate badly over the weekend and even went over on calories by probably 500 on Saturday. Right now there is no planned travel this week, and frankly I need a break. Of course I'm a sales person, so if the opportunity comes up I'll be hitting the road. Fingers crossed I'm down tomorrow.
04/02 - 177.7 I was stuck, now I'm up. I know it's a combo of TOM, a bao bun for dinner (not bad on calories but the sodium... Oy) and walking my fastest three miles EVER last night. I'm not happy but about the scale this morning but I understand where it's coming from at least. When I started walking I was consistently doing 3 miles in an hour - twenty minutes miles. Last night I did it in 45:54 seconds! That is very nearly 15 minute miles. I know it's slow but I've shaved 5 minutes off my time. It felt really good so even though the scale isn't showing it, I'm staying positive.12 -

04/01. 187.4 Sticking to plan 3 out of 7 days doesn't work too well. I need a new plan!
04/02 186.6. Surprised at the loss. I was super disappointed how I manage my weekend, so I took a mental health day off:no logging and treated myself to chocolate. But onward today!11 -

Round 69 TL: -3.6 pounds 360- 356.4

Round 71 -3.8 pounds 352.8-349
OSW: 382
RSW: 349
UGW: 160
03/24 347.4. I’m a little surprised at this woosh, I’ll see if it stays. I’m certain tom is starting sometime soon and I usually see a little upswing then, but hopefully I’ll still be solidly in the 340s. My nsv yesterday was staying in calorie goal despite feeling hungry a portion of the day.
03/25 347.8 Not unexpected I had a higher sodium day yesterday and I’m not sure that I got in all my water. I have both a sick kid and a kid who fell skateboarding, she’s okay just bruised, so yesterday was a little rough and it will be a rough day today. My nsv yesterday was not having any of the snacks that my husband picked up to deal with his stress.
03/26 347.2 Looks like I’m really in the 340’s, at least for now. I’ve not only reached my goal for this month, but if this trend continues I’ll be several pounds under where I had hoped to be. My nsv was not having a single bit of the high calorie snacks that my husband got.
03/27 347.8 I’m not surprised by a little gain I took a couple of longer walks yesterday. Both were further than I normally walk, the second one was nearly double the first. I’m feeling those walks this morning so I’m certain that it’s all water and I’ll see my usual pound drop after a bounce around in a day or two. My nsv yesterday were the walks outside, I’m really proud of myself for getting out and doing them.
03/28. 348 Tom should be here soon, I’ve been feeling cramps since last night. I expect once that’s over I’ll see some drops.
03/29. 348.4 I was over calories, over sodium and under on my water intake, it could have been worse.
03/30. 347 Tom finally arrived this morning, as did a nice down swing. I didn’t feel well yesterday and I was under calories by a bit, but since that doesn’t happen often and the day before was high I didn’t bother trying to eat more. I figured listening to my body was better than forcing myself to eat. I’m feeling better today so today should be normal calorie wise.
03/31. 346.6
04/01 346.4. I was under the weather again yesterday so I’m a little surprised that I had any drop. I was over sodium and didn’t get in my water. Hopefully today will be better.
04/02 347.2 A disappointing end of round, but a high sodium day will do that. I’m sure I’ll see a couple of drops soon.
