i hate running, but i love eating. i run to eat.
^^this^^
also as almost every pp has said:
1. Outdoors
2. Good music
3. Distance first, speed second
4. Get fitted for shoes by a running store
and remember just like changing your eating habits, your exercise habits will be going the distance, pun intended, so find something you enjoy doing. Even if you're not running but are doing some other form of cardio(bike, swim, zumba, etc.) You are still doing better than the couch potatoes!:drinker:0
