Good morning!!! Yesterday was great!! Had steak and baked potato sauteed mushrooms and onions!! Corn on the cob and salad!! Then ooooooo watch out!! 4 Blackberry moonshine and diet Dr. Pepper!! Carbonation!!! I feel bloated a lil today!!! But I relaxed and enjoyed my evening!! Already did a bike ride this morning and yoga and calisthenics!!! Now I'm starving and ready to clean my dirty house!!!

The scale can be discouraging for some and inspiring for others.
I find that when I weigh myself and lose about 5 pounds I get scared and then start gaining weight on purpose. Seeing that I am actually losing weight scares me for some reason and I will sabotage myself. So I generally do not weigh myself unless I am in a really balanced frame of mind.
Does anyone else feel afraid when they see the numbers on the scale going down?

Yeeeeeees!! I used to get jazzed yah they went down....boom eat a million calories to celebrate!!! Hahaha our minds are so weird!!0 -
My muscles are sore!!! This rest day is gonna be amazing!!! Oh yes!! I have done so much the last few days!! Taking a lil break!! Gonna eat light today and clean....since that didn't happen yesterday!! Still gonna do a little yoga so I don't get stiff!!! Nothing hard!! Restoring my muscles so they will be ready to shred pesky fat hitching a ride!! Hahaha

Rest day was grrrrrreeeeaaaat!!!! This morning I feel good!! Ran calisthenics yoga and weigh in!! I feel stronger!! Ran farther faster I'm excited!!!!

Ooooooo y'all I'm excited I feel I'm trading muscle for fat!!! Yesterday I didn't get my morning workout!! So I went last night with the kiddos!! Felt good ....this morning!! Faster longer stronger!! My run was better feeling so good!!

When I started again my goal was to lose weight. Then my goal became be ok with the scale. Then be ok with me. Now....my demons are gone and I am not chasing the number on the scale I'm owning it!! Now my goals are about being the strongest me I can be!! Run faster!! Last longer!! I love where I'm headed!! I'm thankful for where I've been and I think I'm winning!!!!

My husband and I are not on the same page. It's getting to me. When I bought him the shed.....I had expected him to motivate. Really go after his dream!! He has tools a place to work of his own all the things he said he needed. Still he stays in bed till 11 everyday and hasn't produced but a hand full of items. I know it's hard to build a business.....I did it while fighting him!!! Now that the truck is broke down he has done even less with more time on his hands while I work like crazy to get the parts and tools to fix the truck!!! He lashes out with rude comments and insults!!! We haven't touched hugged or kissed in over a week!!! It's BS!!!! I'm so over this feeling.....lonely!!!this wife is down and out today!!! Gonna ride the bike tonight and do yoga later!! Trying to motivate even though I'm sad!!!

I'm old school. This hangs over my desk. I've recorded for years. I like to go back sometimes and see how I'm doing at holding steady. As you can see by the times I have a serious problem with what time I get up in the morning. I'm working on that, too.3 -
I have had so many people say not to watch the scale, but I weigh daily. Weight has always been an issue, but when I dont watch the scale, I gain. Constant monitoring helps me celebrate to giid days and stay focused on bad ones. Currently,
I need to lose 74 pounds more after I have lost 12.4 in the last 3 weeks. I was due for a plateau. Just hoping I can pwer through and not get discouraged.3 -

Yes you can!! Keep pushing to hit your movement goals and you will shed the weight quickly!!! Keep it up!! Nice loss so far!! I'm thankful for how much I have healed in the last few weeks!! Been able to press forward!!0 -

Easter was awesome!! Truly relaxed and enjoyed myself!!!! This morning did amazing on my 2 mile!! Then did a short bike ride and a hard 20 mins of calisthenics then some restoring relaxing yoga!!!

166.4!!! What Aunt Flo??? No baggage this morning!!! Had a rough day yesterday but I did not binge eat!! As emotional as I was....held fast!!! Ate like crap!! But I didn't binge!!! Win solid win!! Pics if the scale will return when I get high speed internet!! Lmao!! Y'all will just have to trust me till then!!! 😜3

Have you seen my mental transformation through this process???? This is really working for me!! I conquered the fear of the scale by getting on it!!! I wouldn't even own a scale the first two times I lost weight!! Y'all I have overcome so much weighing myself daily!!! Before I weigh myself make progress then binge two days cause I lost some!! Gain it back then lose it again!!! Not now!! I am learning what our body does daily and it is teaching me so much!!! This has healed the scars of my family calling me fat....my husband too!!! Y'all sometimes you gotta punch the fear in the face not avoid it!!! Realizing that my success has nothing to do with the number on the scale and everything to do with healing my mind and soul .......that's the game changer!!! Read the rest of the story!!!!
