📌April 1 - 177 - Ate something I shouldn't have and now have inflammation in joints😩4/2 - 174.64/11 - 176.2 - Yesterday was my last day for eating peanut butter. I'm going to see if that is the last thing to eliminate to break away from my "stabilized" weight.
4/3 - 175.4⬅ abs workout yesterday, glutes today, so who knows what tmrw will bring
4/4 - 174 - I worked out with my Niece yesterday. She doesn't look forward to glute workouts, but I do! Lol. We got through it. Need to stretch and walk out the soreness today.
4/5- 176.8 - Probably 175.8 I drank 16ozs of water just before weighing. Still holding fluid from butt and leg workout. Muscles are still on a low hum😃 My knee told me, unh-unh yesterday, so no walk. It was feeling unstable. Stretching and balance exercises accomplished.

4/7 - 177.4 - Not surprised. I was not hungry for my first meal until the 19 hour mark (2pm) I don't fast on Saturdays. I did an arm and shoulder workout at 10:30pm and felt hungry afterwards. So I ate again at 12am!
📌4/8 - 178 - Everything I ate contributed to my carb count. I broke my fast at 2:30pm and "dinner" was 2 brownies, which took me from 29g to 85g. Why did I eat them? Just not in the mood for more savory flavors. I certainly wasn't hungry.

4/12 - 178.2 - This is from eating at midnight. Not overeating or late night snacking. I just wasn't hungry enough to eat the rest of my food until then. This is the 3rd time in a two a week period, that I have not been hungry until very late in the day. I don't know what that's about, but I don't like it.

Happy Tuesday, everyone!
I forgot to check in on Sunday. Been kind of a stressful few days, my husband is unexpectedly out of work. In the long run I think it's a good thing but change of any kind is never easy. We'll be OK and he'll find something in short order, he's got skills that are in high demand. Still, any speedbump on the road of life is disconcerting.
I'm still here, still stuck... no change this week, but it is still better than going backwards.

April 04 - 171.6 - I was 170.9 on March 30th I have been dropping my calories from 1200 to 1100 so far this month, I am not satisfied with working so diligently to lose only a pound a month. There was bonus skating yesterday which seems to remove all of my excess water (and stress) and burns lots of calories, so a 1.4 loss in a day is likely due to that.

April 07 - 171.6 - Expected, very small deficit yesterday
April 08 - 171.1 - Monday. Okay with that. Tuesday mornings is 4am for me, and my weight is always up because it is too darned early. I may still weigh tomorrow morning, but won't be upset if it is high.
April 10 - 171.6 - Wednesday. I had a tough time getting in enough calories yesterday, I am on soft food for 3 weeks until I get a crown on my tooth. This is going to really change up what I eat, crunchy foods are out.
April 11 - 169.3!!!! I am not getting too excited. Skating yesterday : - ) I am working out of town today and they have skating there today too : - )
April 12 - 168.6 - All of that calorie deficit in February and March might finally be showing up, plateau gave way. 2 skates only coming up in the next 2 weeks, all of the other towns are now closed for the season (coulndn't skate yesterday). Guess I am trading in my blades for squatting, bending, pushing, lunging, and pulling in the garden. I do dance aerobics and Zumba daily from Youtube, but really don't get the same effect as skating, nor can I sustain it for as much time. I hope to stay in the 160s for a few months and not get back up into the 170s which lasted for almost 4 months. 2 full months of upping my water intake, have to try to keep that up.

April 14 - 169.0 - I am not managing to get in enough exercise. I will fix that.

Believe me, I am trying guys/gals. I am eating to the point of I'm almost full and it is helping.
Typically, I would eat to the point of I'm full or I'm really full or I'm past full and I really shouldn't of had that much. On those days that I do, I try to remember that life is ups and downs and oh well. Seriously, just oh well. I ate the food and it's done. [Yes I pout and I'm disappointed in myself internally at times but I do not want to develop an unhealthy relationship with food. I eat all kinds of delicious food in moderation. Half of a huge portion of pasta is taken home when I eat out - I'm not embarrassed and I'm not about to stuff myself just because I paid $12 for this plate.]
Anyways, thanks for listening to my rant. I hope everyone has a good week. Fighting! [Korean term of encouragement]

Last week had been the hardest week for me. I had to fast meaning no meat at all and I usually try to keep low carb but being indian all I had was carbs and curry lol 😫 but I’m trying to get back on track starting today so I went to the gym and having my protein 💪12 -
Fall off track lost 6lbs in first 2 weeks now just eating rubbish! Target is 5lbs for month think I’ll be putting that on at this rate not loading it!!
