This is an open friendly challenge, people can come and go as they please. We are all working towards the same thing so let’s be respectful and supportive of each other. We all know how hard this can be at times.

    I’m in for my eight month, having a realistic 5lb goal has been the key for my motivation! It works.

    Starting this month at an all time low, I’m sure I’ll bounce around a bit but I’m going to get that number down.
    I’ve got some big summer time vanity goals so I’m going to step up my game at the gym. I’m upping the strength training.
    Do I dare say I’m looking forward to buying a bathing suit this year?
