    March total: loss 1.7 lbs - This is all that I lost with a deficit of 18,713 calories
    I may try a cleanse or something in April to get a weight loss boost/kickstart. Open to ideas!

    Please count me in....I'm back on my fitness pal after quite a gap...current weight as of April 1st is 214....my target weight is 185, and I'd like to lose at least 5 lbs this month. Thanks everyone

    @dawnbgethealthy, Thanks Dawn! All grains cause me inflammation. At first it was only wheat, I found that out back in the early 90's, after a 6 month bout of hives. Horrible! Then in early 2015, I was getting inflammation and weight gain from all grains. If I eat any, I do so with caution. In February, I ate a half cup of homemade macaroni and cheese. I knew that I would hold fluid from the carbs, but I suffered inflamed and achy joints for 2 days.
