    Well, I managed to gain 5 lbs last month due to binging (honest-to-goodness binges, not overeating) :(:'( but hopefully, this month will be better

    March total: loss 1.7 lbs - This is all that I lost with a deficit of 18,713 calories
    I may try a cleanse or something in April to get a weight loss boost/kickstart. Open to ideas!
