Hello, I’m Christina and I just started using the app yesterday. I was wondering, will the app automatically have tips pop up on how to change up your diet or exercise routine as you log it? Or do you just have to review what you’ve logged and figure out how to adjust?

There aren't any tips that pop up, but there are tons here in the message boards. You can search almost any topic and find someone has asked the question.3

No tips - your diet and exercise is going to be very personal and that's a good thing because you learn a lot.
Example - protein, fiber and fat are filling components but it's a little different combination for everyone. Tweak things as you go and will find what fits you.3 -
Also, there's a process where users nominate posts they find especially helpful, so those posts stick around long term instead of date-cycling into invisibility. These are informally called "the stickies".
You can find them in each forum topic area under the "Most Helpful Posts" link. The ones in "Getting Started" and "General Health, Fitness and Diet" are a great start on user-endorsed instructions for success.
