In terms of what is traditionally labeled or thought of as healthy, I love baby greens and baby kale and berries.

Broccolini. I could eat it forever - saute it up with some soy sauce, pop the lid on to steam that flavour in for a minute. Mhm mhm mhm.

Last night we had homemade pizza night. Mine had sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, and fresh mozzarella.

    Root vegetables (and some more).
    • Mix carrot, parsnip, onion, potato and broccoli in an oven dish.
    • Bit of olive oil, salt and pepper.
    • Pop in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.

All set for the rest of the evening :yum:

Typically thought of as healthy? Kale. I could eat kale salads all day, every day.

"Healthy" - my cilantro, roasted jalapeno, chipotle ground beef tacos. They're so good!

Stereotypically healthy: courgette, either raw or lightly fried with butter. Or red pepper. Maybe fennel. Just give me ALL THE VEGETABLES :)

Perfectly nutritive food that fits within my dietary goals but is not stereotypically considered healthy: home-made sourdough pizza topped with peppers, onions and mushrooms in a fajitas sauce, with just a little cheese melted on top.

    Favorite "healthy" food?

I eat a lot of plain greek yogurt, chicken breast, venison, sweet and russet potatoes, and tacos. ;)

Chocolate and ice cream are good for my mental health.

I believe it is pineapple that makes it unhealthy.

    QFT.

My "Favorites" go through phases of whatever I'm craving.

I've been on a sugar snap pea kick lately. I can mow through a bunch of those. They're just so crunchy and delightful!

Also, popcorn. I found a brand that is 30cals per cup and tastes very good. So half a bag (around 4 cups) gives me a large satisfying snack at around 120 cals.

My other fave is shrimp and fish.

I have also known the sting of betrayal. My favorite kpop star dislikes mint chocolate chip ice cream.

That's horrible! Mint chip is awesome. He's obviously a monster.

As far as stereotypically healthy foods go (see, I'm getting back on topic!) I love a good stir fry. Easy way to get lots of yummy veggies in one bowl. And toasted sesame oil is amazing.

My favorite stereotypically healthy food is still cheese, if we be going by the treeends of today.
