Selfcare today was meditation yoga, and two long walks at work.

I got so caught up with my divorce, moving to an apartment, child’s graduation, college orientation and so on... I totally forgot about this thread! So sorry I didn’t keep it going. Maybe in July, we can try again. Goodnight friends. Self care: insight timer bedtime story (it’s a new feature on the app for meditation). I’m listening to an adult bedtime story about a perfect summer day. The narrator’s voice is so soothing...... I have yet to hear the end of the because I fall asleep.2
