How do I figure out when to stop losing weight?

I'm hoping you can give me some advice. I'm now at a healthy BMI (21.1). I'm a bit heavier than I was in my mid-20s but not dramatically - about 4-5lb. If it helps I'm short (5'1) and quite slight frame but with large boobs (30FF)..
I've been doing regular exercise of which the ones that have stuck most are running (C25k - one run off graduation!) and yoga which I together do about 5 times a week: 3 running and 2 yoga. I know I need to incorporate strength training and I have a trial class in a couple of weeks because I've found doing it at home quite boring and hard to stick to.
So my question is...like everyone my weight has come off unevenly. Most of my weight sticks to my stomach and after two children it's got stretch marks and a lot of flab there. But I'm not sure how to figure out at what point I should stop losing lb and should only focus on exercise, toning and strength...it looks like there's a lot of fat still there. I don't really care about the number on the scales at this point, I would just like a bit of a firmer and smaller tummy!

Now would be a good time to switch to maintenance and start working on a recomp.
If after 6 months following a proven lifting programme you feel you would still like to lose a couple more lbs, carry on lifting and do a small deficit of 250 cals for a few months.
Cheers, h.
