    Yep, mine are:

    Current weight: 198 lbs

    #1 - Onederland - done
    #2 - 195 lbs - halfway point (20 lbs lost)
    #3 - 193 lbs - got to 194 lbs about 3 years ago doing the wrong way; want to beat this the right way
    #4 - 175 lbs - current goal weight and places me the upper part of normal BMI
    #5 - Unknown - will cross that bridge when I get to goal #4

    I think goals #2 and #3 are easily reachable. Not sure about #4 and #5 is TBD.

    Yes! Mini goals make me feel like things are possible. Here are some of mine :D

    Starting:278.2 - May 15, 2003
    Goal 1: under 250- Jul 21
    Goal 2: under 230- Oct 5
    Goal 3: under 215- Dec 1 (my lowest weight since 2006)
    Goal 4: under 205 - (Puts me in obese I category, and at my lowest weight since 2002)
    Goal 5: 199/198- ( well its wonderland! & 80lbs lost)
    Goals: ill figure out when I get there :D

    I weighed in at 208.4 on friday but think my weight is probably closer to 210. Ideally I'd like to hit Goal 4 before jan 1 but I'm ok if it's by jan 15. I'd like goal 5 by end of Feb 2014. (Im keeping it doable, especially with the holidays).

    Every week I have two goals: Meet my exercise goal for week and Keep my calorie intake under my goal for the week.

    My ultimate goal is six pack abs, but I have mini goals I create and achieve like do a few more reps or go a little longer.
