In case it hasn't sunk in yet: Go see a doctor. BM's should occur at least daily if not more depending on how much you eat.21

No, BM's do not need to occur daily or even more often than that to be considered normal. For lots of people, having one every other day *is* entirely normal. But TWO WEEKS? Definitely NOT normal and very concerning.24 -

^^This. Once a day is normal for some people. A few times a week is normal for some people. Two weeks is not normal for anyone.20 -
Another vote for it is not normal and go see your doctor.3

I know I did low carb and got constipated. My 91 year old Mom eats FIBER 1 CERAEL and that did the trick! 14 grams of fiber in 1/2 cup of cereal worked wonders for me!10

Apparently you missed the part where the OP has stated she hasn't had a bowel movement in two weeks. Advising any home remedy, including fiber cereal, is irresponsible. The OP needs to see a doctor, ASAP.25 -

Your suggestion could be fatal to the OP.15 -

Someone who has severe constipation should not increase fiber before consulting with a doctor. Increasing fiber too quickly could be dangerous in the OP's case, since it may make the problem worse. Please don't encourage OP to try home remedies instead of going to the doctor.13 -
I've been there, I survived. BUT I HAD TO SEE A DOCTOR. I got a diagnosis and a treatment plan, neither of which I'm going to share with you because YOU NEED TO DO WHAT I DID AND SEE A DOCTOR!
Thanks. Have a nice day.35 -
I'm surprised OP does not seem to be that worried?3

It's not normal to not poo. There could be many different problems including medical conditions, tumor or obstruction, twisted bowel, etc, that no amount of internet advice will solve. Or it could be as simple as a dietary change such as more fiber or less fiber, depending on the situation, more water, more fat, etc., You must see a doctor asap. That is the valuable advice you are looking for and people are giving you.
MFPers are very quick to share advice, but when there are more serious issues, they are also very quick to recommend medical help. This is what you are experiencing. These wise internet friends know when a question is potentially serious and beyond DIY remedies.
WEBMD and Cleveland Clinic, two of the most reliable sources of internet info, both state to see a doctor if it's been 2 weeks or longer. They also explain some of the medical problems that could be causing this.

You can chose to die very soon, or you can chose to try to avoid dying as soon.
In order to avoid dying soonest, seek medical help on an emergency basis.
I hope you survive.12 -
Not normal. See a doctor today...do not pass go...get to the ER.7

@etherealanwar I’m not that worried because it has been happening for years and it has never made me sick or anything like that other than I get severe bloating and stomach cramps and a few other things but all that goes away with the laxatives. I can’t go and see a doctor straight away like everyone is suggesting because everytime I call they never have any appointments for weeks and since I work a lot it’s hard to keep having to ring back and try slip something in. I obviously will not die if it has been happening years and I’m still fine. But I will take everyone’s opinion and just book the next available appointment they offer me19

Please do take this seriously. Lots of people have medical conditions that go on for years without killing them ... until they do. Nobody is ever in a position to look back and say, "Oh, I better take care of us, because the last time it happened, it killed me."22 -
I would literally be going to emerge rather that posting to any board - especially at the two week mark.16

I’ve never been one for going the toilet everyday I go once a week if I’m lucky for a number 2 but that’s only if I take laxatives. I have just been on holiday for 2 weeks and didn’t have a poo once and my stomach is rock hard and extremely swollen and sore. I’ve tried everything such as drinking more water or increasing fibre but I still never go unless I take laxatives.i also find because that I use laxatives a lot I constantly end up with hemmoroids which is extremely painful. Is this normal and what can I do to go to the toilet more to avoid a sore tummy
Go see a doctor. Also eat more fiber. Too much meat and cheese can cause this

<,-- is a nurse ish thing... see your doc... not a diet forum...5

I know of someone who went on holidays and didn't poop the entire time. Guess what happened? The *kitten* started coming out of her mouth because she was that backed up. Do you want that happening to you? Go and see a doctor.11

Hey OP--Look up fecal vomiting. It's a thing. Long before you get to that point your breath will smell like *kitten* to everyone but you. Still think it's cute to "literally never go poo?"8
